BREAKING Air ambulance rushes to youngsters’s hospital as lady has ‘medical episode’ in Kirkby

An air ambulance has rushed in the direction of a children’s hospital after police confirmed a woman suffered a medical episode on a UK street.

According to live flight tracker FlightRadar24, an air ambulance has already left the scene in the direction of Alder Hey Children’s Hospital after emergency services rushed to the incident on Highsted Road, Kirkby, at around 10.30am. A second air ambulance also landed to respond to the episode.

Merseyside Police were called to Highsted Road following reports a woman had suffered a medical episode. A spokesperson for the force said: “We can confirm that emergency services are currently in Kirkby following a reported medical episode.

“At around 10.55am today (Tuesday 11 November), we received a report that a woman required medical attention at a home on Highsted Road.

“Emergency services remain at the scene to carry out inquiries into the incident.” North West Ambulance Service also confirmed it was called to a medical incident at a residential address on Highsted Road in Kirby.
