BREAKING Naked man bleeds and screams in avenue as jealous mistress slices off penis throughout intercourse
A man was left bleeding and screaming in the street after his jealous mistress sliced off his penis during sex. The woman said she was “satisfied” and wanted to “teach him a lesson”.
Windi Sintia, 28, confessed to cutting off married lover Karsilan Utami’s genitals in a fit of jealousy in Indonesia. According to Liputan6, the couple began dating in early 2019. Despite 32-year-old Karsilan marrying another woman in late 2019, he continued the affair with Windi who knew about the marriage.
Karsilan said he’d financially support Windi, giving her 200,000 rupiah (RM50) weekly. But when Windi’s payments began to dwindle, while Karsilan bought a new motorcycle for his legal wife, Windi allegedly plotted to attack him for week. She was jealous after the legal wife posted about the new motorbike on social media.

Windi reportedly lured Karsilan to a secluded field in Bandar Lampung, Sumatra, on October 19, when she allegedly used a penknife from her bag to cut off his erect penis while they were having sex. he is then said to have fled naked into the city streets while bleeding and screaming.
Locals assisted him and he was taken to a nearby hospital where surgeons managed to reattach his severed member. Windi allegedly threw the penknife away and went home before police arrested her on October 21.
