Prince Harry and Meghan have been deleted from the social media accounts of the rich and the famous after an A-list party.
The now non-royal pair went to the 70th birthday party of Kris Jenner, the famous mum of Kim Kardashian. They were spotted entering the swanky soiree wearing black glam, and quickly appeared all over the social accounts of the rich and famous.
But they were bizarrely edited out just hours later, leaving fans questioning why. Fans jumped online to ask the question after birthday girl Kris Jenner and daughter Kim deleted snaps of them posing with the Sussexes from Instagram.
Eagle-eyed fans spotted snaps of the pair posing up a storm, but these have since gone without a trace.
In one, Kim Kardashian stands next to a beaming Meghan, Kim decked in a glittery off purple dress while the former Royal wore a black fitted maxi dress.
In another, the pair can be seen having a giggle with Kris, as they all laugh, caught by the camera candidly.
A further snap previously posted also showed Harry and Meghan standing side by side for the camera, beaming.
But all of the uploads, previously posted across the social accounts of the Kardashians, seem to have been removed with all references to the former royals gone.
Several theories began swirling on social media as people spotted the change.
“It appears that the pictures of Harry and Meghan have been scrubbed from Kris Jenner and even Kim Kardashian’s Instagrams,” said one, under the post.
They continued: “Wonder why? You go to an event like that you should expect pictures to be taken… They already went so the damage has been done.”
Another said they wonder whether Prince Harry and his beau “desperately pleaded” with the reality stars to “take them down”.
They said: “I bet it is because of Remembrance weekend and the backlash, he did wear a poppy, but I bet it was seen as disrespectful with the timing.”
Another said it was surprising to see them at such events given their past wish of wanting to be left alone: “Meghan Markle lured her husband away because she wants to live a ‘private life’ yet desperately tries to hang out with a-listers in Hollywood… Make it make sense.”
The user added: “It’s so embarrassing that even Kim Kardashian deleted this photo, wonder if she didn’t want to be associated with her.”
Harry and Meghan held hands as they arrived at the do, which was held at Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez’s £175 million Beverly Hill mansion.
