How so as to add 10 years to your life expectancy: Hollywood’s favorite well being guru Gary Brecka reveals the biohacking secrets and techniques his A-list shoppers swear by (that will not break the financial institution!)
He’s the guru who helps celebrities add years to their life expectancy.
And now biohacker Gary Brecka, 55, has revealed he wants to bring biohacking to living rooms across the country.
Mr Brecka, who is from Naples, Florida, is a human biologist and mortality expert with a client list that includes the Kardashians, David Beckham, Dana White and Steve Harvey.
He’s also amassed a huge online following, where he shares videos about nutrition, health and wellness with his more than three million followers.
‘People ask, “Where do I start?”, and it’s that you should master three things,’ he told the Daily Mail.
‘You should master sleep, a whole food diet, take all of the processed foods out of your diet, and you should make mobility non-negotiable.
‘If you master those three things, you’ve began your biohacking journey.’
‘And then if you want to, you can go even further without spending much money.

Mr Brecka has multiple hyperbaric oxygen chambers in his house, which cost up to £50,000 and increase the amount of oxygen in the blood.
But, he insists that this isn’t necessary for the average joe biohacker.
‘You don’t need a £10,000 cold plunge bath, you can have a 30 second cold shower, or fill up a bath with ice cubes.
‘If you don’t have access to a sauna, warm baths are just as effective as dry saunas.
‘And three-day water fasts are fantastic for the body too. But you can start there by just doing 24 or 48 hours.’
Last year, Mr Brecka bought a £15million Miami penthouse for him and his influencer wife, Sage.
He has since installed infrared light beds, cold plunges and hydrogen water machines because he claims humans ‘shouldn’t be drinking water straight from the tap’.
His new product is an at home DNA testing kit, priced at £499.
Gary says it will ‘change the game for millions of people’ and is designed to analyse and reveal how the body manages nutrients, energy and even ageing markers.

‘People can then make informed decisions on what supplements they should take and be more informed about their health and nutrition decisions.
‘Everyone only has to take this test once in their lifetime,’ he says.
‘For many people struggling with persistent fatigue, brain fog, poor sleep, or mood imbalances, the root causes may be written in their genes.
‘So many people are walking around with things like anxiety, ADHD, OCD, poor focus and concentration.
‘All of these are solvable with targeted supplementation.’
He continued: ‘I use some of my celebrity and A- list clients, Mark Wahlberg, Dana White, Steve Harvey, Tom Brady, the Kardashians, but I’m really not trying to be known as like the celebrity biohacker.
‘I hate people that are like, “Oh, he’s the celebrity, trainer, he’s the guy that works with all the athletes,” because that then all seems unattainable.
‘I don’t want to be the untouchable guy that you need to have millions of dollars and of millions of followers to work with.
‘My message and advice is for the masses. And you don’t need a £50,000 hyperbaric chamber to start your journey.
Up to 46 per cent of Brits have a gene mutation called MTHFR, which can cause brainfog, water retention and lead to poor focus.
He has helped celebrities like Steve Harvey (pictured together) become fitter and healthier he claims
Gary added: ‘You’ve had a lifetime of ruminating thoughts at night, and you just didn’t know that it could be as simple as a single missing nutrient.
‘This new test cuts through all of the noise and it says, here is your data and exactly what you need to supplement with in order to help with these struggles.’
Asked about weight loss jabs, Gary says there’s concern they will leave people even more malnourished.
‘People are going to become more deficient in various things because of these jabs,’ he said.
‘But instead of asking themselves, do I want to lose weight? They should be asking why I am fat?.
‘What was the sequence of events that led them to looking a certain way, and it’s probably because they’ve been bathing their cellular biology in the toxic soup.
‘Weight loss jabs will help people control their food cravings, but that should be the time that you make the switch to a Whole Food diet. People should use the benefit of the lack of food craving to make adjustments permanently in their diet.
‘It’s also the time when they should make weight bearing exercise, non-negotiable, because what we’re seeing a lot of is, you don’t just lose body fat, you also lose muscle mass.’
