Firebomb terror in UK avenue as vehicles set alight in horror early morning blaze

A suspected car firebomb terror caused chaos on a UK street this morning (November 13).
Two vehicles were set on fire as emergency services raced to the scene in Kirkcaldy, Fife.
Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Officers in Kirkcaldy are investigating two reports of wilful fire-raising, as cars were set alight at Lawson Gardens and Haig Avenue, in the early hours of Thursday, 13 November, 2025.
“The incidents happened around 3.05am and 3.25am respectively, and are being treated as linked. Anyone with information is asked to contact police on 101, quoting incident number 0292 of 13 November, 2025.”
A Scottish Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: “We were alerted at 3.22am on Thursday, 13 November to reports of a vehicle fire in Kirkcaldy.
“Operations Control mobilised one appliance to the town’s Haig Avenue, where firefighters extinguished the fire and worked to make the area safe.
“There were no casualties.”
