Kieran Hayler, who was married to Katie Price, has appeared in court accused of raping a 13-year-old girl – the 38-year-old is charged with three counts of rape and one of sexual assault
Katie Price’s former husband, Kieran Hayler, has been brought before the court on charges of raping a 13-year-old girl. Hayler is facing three counts of rape and one count of sexual assault, with the alleged incidents said to have occurred at a West Sussex address back in 2016.
During a brief hearing at Crawley Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, the 38-year-old spoke only to verify his name, birth date, and address. The Instagram influencer, who boasts a following of 195,000, was not asked to enter any pleas to the charges.
Hayler tied the knot with Price in 2013, but their marriage ended in divorce.
The alleged victim is not connected to either Hayler’s or Ms Price’s extended family circles.
Hayler, a resident of West Sussex, was granted bail under the stipulation that he avoids any contact with the alleged victim.
He is scheduled to appear at Lewes Crown Court for a plea hearing on December 17.
