I’m A Celeb’s Lisa Riley reveals the reality about her life-changing weight reduction after dropping SIX gown sizes and present process breast elevate – insisting ‘I’m not lazy, one behavior was accountable for all the things’

I’m A Celebrity star Lisa Riley opened up about her life-changing weight loss – following a breast lift and dropping six dress sizes.

Emmerdale actress Lisa, 49, has been open about her journey with weight, shedding 12 stone in recent years.

She is currently appearing alongside the likes of Eddie Kadi, Shona McGarty and Kelly Brook in the ITV jungle.

Addressing having a breast uplift after her weight loss, in a two session surgery, Lisa said: ‘I’m now a size 16-18, but at my biggest I was a size 28.’

Reflecting on the one habit that held her back for years, she added: ‘My absolute guilt for years and years was blindness to portion control… I’ve completely cut out nibbling.’

The Mandy Dingle star concluded: ‘I’m never lazy, I think it’s hereditary, I really do.’

The star previously shared how she only eats carbs before half one in the afternoon and makes sure she has a big lunch and just a light dinner – always before 7pm.

Then earlier this year, Lisa hit back at comedian Peter Kay after he made a ‘cruel’ jibe about her weight.

A woman who yelled ‘we love you’ at a Manchester gig was one of many who Peter, 51, chucked out of the arena and apparently met with a riposte about her weight when he compared her to Lisa, witnesses claimed.

The comic shouted back at her: ‘Go on, off you go Lisa Riley.’

In response, Lisa posted a positivity quote about ‘seeing the good in life’ following Peter’s ‘nasty’ comments on stage.

The quote read: ‘We can complain because rose bushes have thorns, or rejoice because thorns have roses.’

She captioned: ‘See the good in life….before you ALWAYS jump to the negative….its such a simpler way to live for sure #grateful #gratitude #nomoaning #think’

Elsewhere in Wednesday’s episode, Jack Osbourne discussed his late father, Black Sabbath legend Ozzy Osbourne, who died in July of this year.

It follows the reality star, 40, previously becoming very emotional when opening up to Lisa about losing his dad.

He told the camp: ‘In like a three year period, he got fired, did his own solo thing – he released two albums, bit the head off a dove, bit the head off a bat, pi**ed on the Alamo and sadly Randy Rhoads the guitar player died in a plane crash all in three years and he had two top ten albums and just like, blew up. It was kind of a wild time…’

Speaking about Ozzy biting the head off a dove, Jack explained: ‘The record label wasn’t going to put any marketing behind the record, they didn’t give a f***’

He continued by revealing how Sharon got Ozzy to do a meet and greet with marketing executives.

They gave Ozzy doves, intending him to release them from his jacket as a sign of peace.

However, Jack explained Ozzy was drunk and added: ‘He sits on the lap of this exec from CBS records and this dove lands on her knee, he grabs the dove, bites its head off and spits it on her.

‘It was pandemonium, and before they’d got to the hotel it got everywhere and instantly his album charted.’

Meanwhile, Spandau Ballet legend Martin Kemp shared his experiences with dyslexia and brain tumours.

He said: ‘I’m dyslexic, when I read all the ends of the words jumble around.’

Explaining what caused it, he said: ‘Mine is from an operation, taking away a brain tumour.’ As he revealed he had two removed in 1995.

While explaining what caused his dyslexia, the singer and actor recalled how he’d been making a show in Canada, playing a professor.

Upon going into make up to put on a bald cap, Martin described: ‘I could hear the whole of the make up wagon go quiet because you could see this lump on the back of my head’

He explained that the tumour had started to grow into the bone, and two days later he had to have an operation.

Martin added: ‘They zapped me with stereotactic radiation.’

Discussing the impact he went on to reveal: ‘For a while I lost everything, I couldn’t walk, I couldn’t see, I was a train wreck afterwards.’

He said although now he’s recovered, he has been left with dyslexia.
