Woman arrested after beating up boyfriend as a result of he refused a threesome
Angel Lynn Curl invited a female friend to her house for a threesome with her boyfriend, but turned violent when her coitus plan fell through and is said to have punched him in the face
A spurned lover was arrested for beating up her boyfriend after he refused to have a threesome with a female pal. Angel Lynn Curl, 47, flew into a rage when her fella and the other woman declined the offer of group sex, police said.
She was arrested at around 1.15am on Sunday morning for domestic battery, which is a misdemeanour offence, an arrest report states. Curl was released on bail under the conditions that she has no contact with the victim.
Police said they were called Curl’s apartment in Clearwater, Florida in the US, shortly after midnight to reports she had “struck” her boyfriend of two years “multiple times in the face with a closed fist”.
An arrest affidavit states Curl had invited the second woman to their gaff to “engage in sexual activity”.
It adds: “After all parties declined participating in sexual activity, the defendant became angry and used her left hand to repeatedly strike the victim multiple times in the face while he was seated on the couch in their living room. “
It added the second woman had witnessed the alleged assault, but was not struck by Curl. After being read her rights, Curl denied hitting the man, the arrest report added. Neither her boyfriend nor the other woman were named by the Smoking Gun, which first reported the story.
The arrest affidavit showed no weapon had been seized and there was no indication of drug influence or mental health issues, but there had been indication of influence of alcohol.
Heidi Kathleen Carter was jailed for 65 years last year for torturing a couple she met on an LGBT dating app and arranged a threesome with. She was found guilty of murder, criminal confinement while armed with a deadly weapon, and aiding, including or causing forcible rape in a horror case which shocked detectives.
Police said that Carter met Amanda Siebe on an LGTBQ dating app and invited her and Ivy, her boyfriend at the time, to her home in Oct. 2021.
When the couple arrived at Carter’s home, the trio drank alcohol and took drugs before engaging in consensual sexual activity, according to court documents.
Things took a turn when Carter’s ex-boyfriend, Carrey Hammond, walked in on the three as they were engaged in sexual activity and became enraged. Siebe told investigators that Hammond grabbed a baseball bat and beat Ivy.
