Neymar’s jaw-dropping model ex-girlfriend has her Christmas ruined after part of her house’s roof collapsed following heavy rain.
Brazilian model Amanda Kimberlly, 31, said she and her daughter Helena whom she shares with football star Neymar, barely escaped unharmed when their roof suddenly collapsed in Sao Paulo, in Brazil, on Monday, 22nd December.
Amanda shared videos and photos on social media showing cracks in the ceiling and debris spread across the floor after leaks caused by days of heavy rainfall in the city. She told her 1.4 million Instagram followers: “The rain from last week brought an early Christmas present.”
Amanda then showed shards of glass and pieces of plaster scattered across the floor while explaining the extent of the damage. She said: “A slab full of water a collapsed ceiling and leaks throughout the house.”
In further footage, Amanda is seen gathering broken plaster and placing it into buckets as she begins cleaning up the debris herself. She later posted updates showing professionals arriving at the property to help secure the house.
Architects installed scaffolding and tarpaulins inside the home to contain the damage and ensure safety for Amanda and her daughter.
She said: “Today I got reinforcements thank God.” Photos of the aftermath show Amanda with her hands, arms and knees covered in plaster dust after the clean up.
In another post, where she is wearing a yellow dress and still bearing the marks of the work, she explained how she has been dealing with the situation on the eve of Christmas.
“God and therapy,” pointing out the reasons for her unusual calmness.
Amanda and Helena, who was born following a brief relationship with the footballer, reportedly live alone at the property.
Neymar is also the father of Davi Lucca, from his relationship with Carolina Dantas, as well as two other daughters, Mavie and Mel, with his current partner, influencer Bruna Biancardi.
