Donald Trump admits sporting MAKEUP as President addresses well being fears

Donald Trump has admitted wearing makeup to cover up his bruised hands as he addressed mounting concerns over his health.

The US President said in an interview that he applies makeup after he gets “whacked again by someone”, adding: “I have makeup that’s, you know, easy to put on, takes about 10 seconds.”

It comes just days after the 79-year-old was pictured outside his Mar-a-Lago estate in Florida on Sunday with what appeared to be make-up or paint covering a bruise on his hand ahead of his meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.

In his latest bombshell interview, Trump referred to a recent handshake incident between himself and United States Attorney General Pam Bondi, which reportedly left him furious after he cut his hand on her large diamond wedding ring, which caused it to bleed.

Trump said: “The ring hit the back of my hand, and, yes, there was a slight little cut.” He said he applies makeup to the area in the event that he gets “whacked again by someone.”

At 77, the oldest man ever to take the White House, Trump is showing visible signs of ageing, insiders say. But the former president has long shrugged off conventional medical advice, insisting he relies on his “good genetics.”

The bruising comes from decades of taking extra-strength aspirin – a routine he refuses to change despite doctors’ warnings. “I’m a little superstitious,” Trump told The Wall Street Journal, standing by his 25-year habit.

Navy Captain Sean Barbabella, Trump’s doctor, said the president uses aspirin for “cardiac prevention,” taking 325 milligrams a day – around four times what is considered to be a low dose of the medicine (usually 81 milligrams). “They’d rather have me take the smaller one. I take the larger one, but I’ve done it for years, and what it does do is it causes bruising,” Trump said.

“They say aspirin is good for thinning out the blood, and I don’t want thick blood pouring through my heart… I want nice, thin blood pouring through my heart,” he added.

The president also admitted going against his doctor’s advice to exercise because it’s “boring”.

Trump said “I just don’t like it,” explaining that walking or running on a treadmill “for hours and hours” is “not for me”.
