Nursery employee is charged with 15 offences of taking photographs of kids and outraging public decency in claims referring to 9 women

A nursery worker has been charged with 15 offences relating to possessing indecent pictures of children. 

Vincent Chan, 45, was charged with nine counts of taking indecent photographs of a child and six counts of outraging public decency. 

The claims relate to nine separate girls.

He remains in custody.

Officers are continuing to work at pace and have said the investigation is ongoing.
