Man accused of outraging public decency by ‘carrying black bra and thong’
David Causier, 55, was also charged with possession of extreme images involving animals, appeared before Teesside Magistrates’ Court in relation to offences that happened last year
A man has appeared in court accused of outraging public decency after allegedly wearing a black bra, thong and stockings. David Causier also faces accusations of possessing extreme pornographic material featuring various animals.
The 55-year-old, from Scholars Rise, Middlesbrough appeared before Teesside Magistrates’ Court to answer both allegations, which are said to have occurred in January of last year.
The first allegation states: “On 19th January 2025 at Middlesbrough in a public place committed and act outraging public decency by behaving in an indecent manner, namely recorded yourself naked and thereafter wearing only black hold-ups, a black thong and a black bra in a public place contrary to common law.”
The second charge states: “On 19th January 2025 in Middlesbrough possessed an extreme pornagraphic image which portrayed, in an explicit and realistic way, a person performing an act of intercourse with multiple animals, namely a dog, a goat and a horse, which was grossly offensive, disgusting or otherwise of an obscene character and a reasonable person looking at the image would think that any such person or animal was real.”, reports Teesside Live.
No pleas were entered and Causier was granted unconditional bail to appear before Teesside Crown Court at 10.30am on Wednesday, February 18.
