RingGo down as tons of of drivers left unbale to pay for parking

Hundreds of driver have been left frustrated after popular UK parking app has reportedly suffered an outage.
RingGO, which is used by hundreds of car parks across the country, has left some motorists unbale to buy their digital parking tickets after getting through rush hour.
Users on social media app X have sent message to RingGo stated they cannot pay for parking on the website or thought the app.
Many motorists are now worried they will be forced to leave their car without paying due to the app outage, as some car parks only take digital tickets, and will be hit with fines.
One users said: “hey I’m sure you’re aware by now but the app & website are down. Haven’t been able to pay for my parking this morning because of it. Can you let me know when it’s back up please? Thanks.”
Another said: “What is going on I cannot use my parking app and need to catch a train .. tried to pay on multiple occasions!”
A third added: “Please let us know what is going on as several people concerned for potential fines as the app is down and can’t get through on phone or website.”
While a fourth commented: “Parking app and website down @RingGo_parking . Not acceptable when trying to pay for parking, which if we don’t do, will be slapped with a fine. Sort it out.”
RingGO is yet to respond to customers on X following reports of an outage with its service.
