USA Olympic champion Sydney McLaughlin-Levrone publicizes emotional private information on Instagram
Team USA hurdler Sydney McLaughlin-Levrone and her husband Andre have announced they are expecting their first child.
The glamorous couple made the announcement on Instagram on Thursday, sharing a number of pictures from a romantic beach photoshoot.
In the photos, the couple could be seen embracing and looking at pictures of their latest scan with the ocean in the background.
She captioned it: ‘Made a human with my favorite human. Oh, how we have prayed for you… and the Lord has answered!! You are our greatest blessing and are already so loved. We are eagerly waiting to meet you! Cool parents loading…’
Caitlin Clark, as well as McLaughlin-Levrone’s fellow athletes Keely Hodgkinson and Dina Asher-Smith, were among those to like the post.
Although it’s unclear when the couple started dated, they made their relationship official on Instagram in December 2020.

Levrone played in the NFL for two years across spells with the Ravens and Panthers
Sydney said in an interview in 2022 that they met through ‘a mutual friend’ who she went to high school with and he went to college with. But they didn’t interact until Andre ‘slid into her DMs’ and asked if she wanted to go to his Bible study class.
They got married in 2022 in a stunning vineyard wedding less than a year after he popped the question.
McLaughlin-Levrone is a four-time Olympic gold medalist after winning the 400m hurdles and 4x400m relay at both Tokyo 2020 and Paris 2024. She holds the world record for the 400m hurdles and American record for the 400m.
Levrone, meanwhile, played in the NFL for two years after a breakout high school career saw the wide receiver get several offers from high-profile colleges.
He went to the University of Virginia and, although he was undrafted out of college, Levrone eventually signed with the Baltimore Ravens in 2018.
After a year with there, he joined the Carolina Panthers but then announced his retirement from the NFL after two seasons in September 2020. According to his LinkedIn profile, he currently works as a Project Engineer for a general contractor.
