Gordon Ramsay took aim at the Peaty family as he celebrated his daughter Holly’s upcoming marriage to Adam at their engagement party.
Last year, Adam’s mother Caroline was left devastated when she was disinvited to his wedding amid an explosive fallout between the families.
Now, in the new Netflix series Being Gordon Ramsay, cracks between the families are shown, with Gordon seen emphasising the importance of ‘creating family’ during his speech at the party, which took place in 2024.
Gordon was filmed saying: ‘The most important family is the one you create and she [Holly] comes from an incredible family so its now her time to create her own family. It is quite a moment.’
Caroline was filmed watching on as Gordon made his speech inside the chef’s Bread Street Kitchen restaurant. She was also seen embracing Holly in another scene.
It was previously revealed that Caroline, 60, would still feature in the new series of Being Gordon Ramsay despite formally requesting to be edited out from the final cut.

A source close to Caroline previously revealed she had written to Netflix producers to say she was not asked for her consent to be filmed for Gordon’s show, and given what had happened, did not want to feature.
And while she isn’t shown face on, the shot captures one of her final sweet moments with her daughter-in-law to be before it all turned desperately sour.
Caroline has been at the heart of a feud with the Ramsays, with saw the entire Peaty family – other than Adam’s sister Bethany – attend the wedding.
Adam has since come under fire from his working class family members, who have accused him of being seduced by the wealth and fame of the Ramsay family.
The Olympic swimmer made his allegiance clear in the Netflix series, which was released on Wednesday, as he gushed over his love for Gordon, but failed to mention his own family.
He told cameras: ‘I think when you are marrying someone you are also marrying into the family and for me Gordon is very fair, very respectful but also loves a good joke. We’re very similar.’
Meanwhile, Gordon began his speech by stating: ‘I couldn’t be happier to welcome Adam and George into the Ramsay family. Are you mad?
‘Holly is everything you want in an amazing woman and if this is just a little insight into how cool your lives are going to be forward on behalf of Tana and I and the entire Ramsay family we wish you all the best and we couldn’t be prouder.’

Adam also gushed: ‘Obviously I knew I wanted to marry Hol, and I knew that because without getting emotional and I like to get emotional, Holly brings me a peace I’ve never had in all aspects of my life.’
In his speech he also made a point of thanking Holly’s father, adding: ‘Gordon thank you for trusting me with your beautiful daughter.
‘I’m just very glad that you didn’t say no when I asked for permission to marry her.’
And it is clear the feeling is mutual, with Gordon describing Adam as ‘so grounded’.
‘He’s not walking around as an Olympic champion with his head up his a**e. He’s my type of guy.’
Commenting on Adam and dad’s relationship, Holly added: ‘You get on with everyone but it’s so nice seeing how well you and dad get on.’
Welcomed with open arms by the rest of the family too, Holly’s sister Tilly reflected on how Holly instantly fell in love with the swimmer.
‘I think I saw her the day after her date and I remember her being like “Oh my God, I love Adam”.
‘They just seemed to instantly bond and click and they she has just been the smiliest person since they met and even more so since they got engaged.’
Tana added: ‘It’s happened very naturally welcoming Adam into our family and he comes with this incredible bonus that’s his little boy George’
Meanwhile her mother Tana added: ‘It’s happened very naturally welcoming Adam into our family and he comes with this incredible bonus that’s his little boy George.’
Father to three daughters, Holly is the first to tie the knot, and Gordon was overcome with emotion as he discussed the upcoming nuptials.
He told cameras: ‘My little girl is disappearing. I can’t believe we are going to see her walk down the aisle.
‘Yeah it’s going to be a tough one…. I’m gonna be a sack of s**t man. I mean it’s going to be hard enough just getting into the car.’
He later added: ‘I didn’t think she would be married so quickly…. Of course she’s ready but my problem is she’s ready but we are not. I think that’s a hard thing as her dad.’
Gordon’s wedding speech hit headlines back in January when The Sun reported that in his father of the bride speech he commented on how beautiful Holly looked and told Adam he was a ‘lucky man’, adding: ‘Look at Tana and that’s what you have to look forward to.’

Following the show’s release, Caroline has taken to social media to share a post about ‘children being loved without expectation’
The publication went on to claim that Gordon couldn’t resist a sly dig at Adam’s absent parents he told his daughter Holly: ‘Shame you don’t have the same.’
It was later was revealed that Adam’s estranged mother had been left ‘outraged’ and ‘hurt’ that Gordon referred to their bitter family feud in his explosive father of the bride speech.
And on Wednesday after the release of the new documentary, Caroline shared a new post about ‘children being loved without expectation’.
Following the show’s release, Caroline has taken to social media to share a post which said: ‘Parents often focus on growth, correction and outcomes. Grandparents focus on being.
‘No grades, no pressure, no fixing. A study showed children with active grandparents show higher emotional security scores by age 10.
‘When a child is loved without expectation, self-worth becomes internal, not negotiated.’
Elsewhere in the documentary Gordon reflected on how his ‘torrid’ relationship with his dad has shaped his own journey with fatherhood as he talked about his troubled childhood with his alcoholic dad, also called Gordon.

He also said he struggles with a ‘guilt complex’ after watching his younger brother Ronnie (pictured in 2007) battle heroin addiction for much of his adult life
He said: ‘I, sadly, had a torrid relationship with my father. My father called me a snob once. And I said, “No, definitely not a snob. I just want to get out of the s**t mess I was born in.’
Gordon, who is worth an estimated £162million, lived in 15 different council estates, with his mother juggling three jobs to keep the family afloat.
The chef recalls weekends where he would ‘almost watch his father ruin his life through alcohol‘.
He continues: ‘It’s hard, isn’t it, when someone’s an alcoholic? It’s very hard to relate to that, because you’re just … you’re nervous.
‘You’re worried about, you know, hitting the end of the bottle and seeing that bottle of Bacardi disappear, because you know what happens at the end of that.’
He also said he struggles with a ‘guilt complex’ after watching his younger brother battle heroin addiction for much of his adult life.
The celebrity chef shared a bedroom with brother Ronnie, 58, during an itinerant childhood that saw them move across various deprived council estates with their parents, Helen and Gordon.
But while he would go on to pursue a hugely successful career as a chef, restauranter and TV presenter, Ronnie succumbed to the ravages of drug addiction and a lifelong dependency on heroin.
In the second episode of the documentary he told viewers: ‘I have a brother who’s a heroin addict. We shared a bunk bed, he’s 15 months younger than me, and he’s been an addict for the last four decades.
‘I’ve gone to hell and back with him and so I have a guilt complex. That could have been me, it could have been switched.

This week Tana also revealed the things she said to Adam‘s estranged mother before he married her ‘vulnerable’ daughter Holly.
And Tana, 51, told Grazia how she praised Adam to his mother before the big day.
She said: ‘I remember saying to Adam’s mum when I met her. “My God, you’ve got the most amazing son. I couldn’t think of anyone that is more perfect for Holly, who’s incredibly emotional, incredibly vulnerable in areas.”
‘She’s funny, brilliant and witty but she also needs keeping in line. Adam manages to do all those things. He’s been through a lot. She’s been through a lot.
‘I remember saying to his mum that, in my mind, he’s perfect for our daughter. I was incredibly happy to meet her and tell her that.’
A family source previously told the Daily Mail Caroline was left horrified by the moment in the speech and believes the celebrity chef had ‘pre planned’ the cruel swipe against her, calling it ‘cruel’ and ‘very hurtful’.
But Gordon doubled down on his speech as he appeared alongside This Morning hosts Ben Shephard and Cat Deeley, insisting that what he had to say at the wedding reception was ‘perfect and warm’.
Gordon said: ‘It’s tough, honestly. Being the dad with three daughters, you dream of that moment and that moment arrives and you’re just like a hot mess.
‘But, the speech was perfect, it went well and you’ve got to find that… You’ve got to be warm, emotional… It’s a tough gig.’
Daughter Tilly admitted that she had listened to the speech ahead of the big day, chiming in: ‘I think it was Christmas Eve, I was sat in his room for an hour as he was just reading through it.
‘Going through everything but no tweaks were needed, it was perfect. It made everybody cry.’
Holly also defended her father’s speech despite Caroline’s outrage, saying she felt ‘overwhelmed with happiness’ during it.
In an interview with British Vogue, Holly shared a photo of herself and Adam smiling and laughing during Gordon’s speech.
‘Listening to dad’s speech, looking around the room and feeling overwhelmed with the love and the happiness on our guests’ faces,’ she said.
In another jibe at the estranged Peaty family, Holly revealed that her parents paid for her and Adam’s luxurious Honeymoon to Mauritius, saying it was their ‘wedding present’.
She added: ‘We’re going to Mauritius to just lie by the sea – that was our wedding present from my parents. I had to tell Adam we weren’t basing our honeymoon around a 25-metre pool…’
