Winter Olympics stars cashing in with attractive facet hustle – playboy mannequin to saucy skater

Some athletes aren’t just pulling in fans from their performances during the Winter Olympics but are also attracting viewers by sharing behind the scenes content on an “adult site”.

Numerous stars have turned to other streams of income to help finance the gruelling life of being a full time professional athlete as the cost of training, equipment, coaches and can all bring in hefty bills.

Olympic gold medal winning German bobsledder, Lisa Buckwitz, has a massive following on an adult content creation site. Lisa has shared that she used her account to help finance her sporting pursuits as the adult entertainment site has become a sponsor for her just like any other.

Lisa joined the adult site in 2024 and offers subscriptions ranging from €59 for three months to almost €195 for a year. The Olympian – who modelled for Playboy Germany in 2022 – has credited her adult site side hustle for helping her to fund her Olympic dreams.

Lisa revealed: “For me, sport always comes first. Training, recovery and competition are non-negotiable. Content creation fits around that, not the other way around.

“I mainly use it to stay in touch with my fans, and I’m very open to the fact that there are days when I don’t post or reply.”

She added: “[The adult account] is a sponsor like any other. They support my bobsleigh team, and in return I represent them on my advertising spaces. Since I have to cover some of my costs as an athlete and team leader, this support is a huge help and allows me fully focus on my sport.”

Another Winter Olympics athlete who has garnered a following on an adult site is Romanian-Canadian speed skater Alexandra Ianculescu.

Despite competing at previous games, Alexandra is providing commentary at this year’s Winter Olympic games in Milano.

Alexandra is currently training to make the track cycling squad for Team Canada at the Summer Olympics in Los Angeles in 2028. Despite her prepping for cycling Alexandra’s sporting career began on the ice.

Alexandra revealed: “I was hooked after winning my first gold medal at 11 years old. I also skied and played tennis, I could easily have gone into those. I was almost as good in those two as I was at skating, but skating got better as time went on.

“My parents had no money and skating was the cheapest, so I stuck with it.”

She added: “I had to work three part-time jobs. It was super hard. I worked at a sushi store at the mall, at lululemon four days a week, and then at a restaurant on weekends.

“I remember skipping weight training sessions or having to do them back-to-back, waking up earlier to try and train because I had to work. My resume on LinkedIn is hefty but I had no choice.”

Finally representing the fellas, Olympian Bart Swings has created an account on an adult website where he shares exclusive sneak peaks of his intense training routine. Bart is a two time Olympic medal winner speed skater who claimed Belgium’s first gold medal since 1948 in the Winter Olympics.

Bart’s Olympics career is far from over as he is set on the 2026 Games and is ready to take the world by storm.
