A footballing hero was once presented with the perfect present by his jaw-dropping girlfriend after he bested Cristiano Ronaldo in the goal scoring charts

A jaw-dropping WAG had the perfect gift for her footballer boyfriend after he topped Cristiano Ronaldo in the scoring charts.
Back before Cristiano Ronaldo was kicking up a fuss in Saudi Arabia he was scoring week-in and week-out for Juventus in Serie A. However, he wasn’t the only lethal striker on the peninsula – and he was outscored by Lazio’s Ciro Immobile in the 2019/20 season.
And after his strike against Napoli confirmed his position at the top of the European scoring charts, Immobile, who celebrated his 36th birthday last week, was presented with a golden boot cake by his stunning better half.

Toasting to his success his other half, Jessica Melena, he said: “I have loved this sport since I was a child and it was precisely this love and passion that led me to dare and always believe more strongly in my dreams.
“Pushing this higher and higher has not been easy. I thank my wife who held my hand and supported and endured the most difficult days, and my children who made me smile even when things were not going well.”

The loved up pair still seem to be going strong, and Jessica isn’t afraid to share snaps of her family on social media.
And she celebrated Immobile’s birthday with a snap on social media. Jessica was sharing a hammock with the ex-Serie A hitman as they shared a smooch: “My home,” she said.
The goals have dried up for Immobile in recent years, he failed to register a Serie A strike last season – and he’s so far drawn a blank in Ligue 1 after moving to Paris FC in the summer.
