Andrew Windsor was giving ‘CPR coaching’ in dodgy photograph, ex-girlfriend claims

Andrew’s ex-girlfriend Lady Victoria Hervey has shared a wild theory about a photo showing him kneeling over a woman on the floor in newly released Epstein files from the US Department of Justice

Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor’s former girlfriend has claimed she knows what the ex-prince was actually doing whilst leaning over a woman on the floor in the Epstein files. In a photograph that surfaced when the US Department of Justice released another three million pages of the documents, additional pictures of Andrew emerged alongside them.

Lady Victoria Hervey appeared on former GB News presenter Dan Wootton’s podcast to discuss her outlandish theories, maintaining that the original photograph of Andrew with the late Virginia Giuffre was completely fabricated. She then proceeded to claim that the image showing him kneeling over an unidentified woman, whose face is obscured, was part of a “CPR training course”.

Wootton questioned on the programme: “Even after the publication of pages of the Epstein files, you are still saying that you don’t believe Virginia Giuffre and Andrew even had consensual sex- You still believe that photo is a fake?”.

Hervey confirmed: “Absolutely,” before being challenged with the new picture, with Wootton asking: “What’s going on there then?”.

She raged at the presenter: “You were falsely accused, and for you to jump the gun on this. You went there just for clicks.”, reports the Express. Hervey continued: “I messaged Leah, who’s Ghislaine’s lawyer, and Ghislaine is a trained emergency medical technician.”

Wootton sought clarification: “He’s learning to give someone CPR there, you think?”. As Hervey confirmed: “Yeah, it’s part of the course.”

Bewildered viewers flocked to X with their reactions, with one describing the theory as “interesting” and another as “unhinged”. Andrew has consistently refuted all accusations of misconduct linked to Epstein.

It comes days after a former diplomat has alleged that Andrew once made a “gratuitously rude” remark to a renowned family. In recent weeks, the ex-prince’s tenure as special representative for international trade and investment has come under increasing scrutiny, with retired civil servants claiming that taxpayers covered his massage expenses and excessive travel costs.

In a recent revelation about his time as trade envoy, the UK’s ambassador to Italy from 2003 to 2006 has claimed that the disgraced royal offended a member of a prominent Italian fashion house.

The alleged slight reportedly took place in 2004 during a visit to Florence, where Sir Ivor Roberts claims that, when introduced to a member of the Schiaparelli family, Andrew responded: “I’ve never heard of you”.

Speaking in The i Paper, Sir Ivor added: “It was just gratuitously rude.”
