Expert reveals ‘subsequent three nations Iran will assault subsequent’
The expert, who is a top military historian and a leading voice on global security and intelligence, warned that several countries were at risk of being attacked by the Iranians
A leading military historian has predicted the next three countries that Iran could attack, but warns that even more may face the Middle Eastern nation’s wrath.
Professor Antony Glees, a world-leading voice on global security and intelligence warned that ‘all of [Iran’s] neighbours’ could become targets of Iran’s ‘Shahed drones’, adding that two Middle Eastern were at particular risk.
“I would expect Iran to be chucking its Shahed drones around all its neighbours but particularly against Syria and Iraq whilst not backing off continuing to hit out at the Gulf States and any US assets”, he warned.
According to Glees, the extent of damage would all come down to what defence systems they have in place.
“If they’ve got a Patriot system to protect them, like Israel, they’re ok, more or less, for the time being.”
The historian also warned that any country home to US or NATO military bases would also be a target.
“Every single US base, ever single NATO base is a possible target. Iran is not going to hit them all at once but bit by bit. It’s the Iranian way.”
For this reason, Glees warned that the island of Cyprus was at risk of being targetted by even more drone and missile strikes.
“Cyprus is definitely at risk, doubly so now that Starmer has flip-flopped on the US using our bases”, he warned, citing Starmer’s decision to allow the American military to use British bases for ‘defensive’ purposes, which many viewed as a depature from his previous decision.
Glees also claimed that the casualties of this war may be higher than official figures suggest, due to the nature and location of the strikes.
“I suspect the loss of life is already far, far greater than is being reported officially by the combatants. The strikes on both sides are heavy.”
“We should never forget that when the ayatollahs took on the Iraqis, the war lasted almost eight years, from 2 September 1980 to 20 April 1988. Half a million on both sides died, and the Iranians sustained some 220,000 dead.”
Like the first Iraq war, Glees admitted he did not see this ongoing conflict concluding any time soon:
“There is no quick end to this conflict, it ain’t going to happen unless Trump decides to pull out. “
“He’s now increasingly demented, confused, self-contradictory and vicious has it in his power to end the war within hours by claiming he’s won and quitting the battlefield). Let’s hope he comes to his senses and does precisely this.”
