The star wore a sheer off-white lace dress, which she layered under an oversized brown leather jacket.

Lily, the daughter of actor Keith Allen, had a tough year since her ‘devastating’ split from Stranger Things actor husband David Harbour, 50, at the end of 2024.

She revealed last February that she had breast enhancement surgery, stating she did it for herself in order to ‘glow up’.

Her latest album, West End Girl, which was released in October to rave reviews, details her recovery from her marriage break-up.

Last month, Lily confirmed she’s in a new relationship with Jonah Freud, the son of entrepreneur Matthew Freud and ex-wife Caroline Hutton, and the nephew of the celebrated late artist Lucian Freud.

In a recent interview, the star revealed she now has a ‘boyfriend’ weeks after she and Jonah jetted to Rome for a romantic minibreak.

The pair have been spotted on multiple dates and seemed to take things to the next level by jetting to Italy together – reportedly staying in a suite at the Hotel Locarno, thought to cost around £800 per night.

Lily and Jonah were also spotted kissing at her celeb-packed Christmas party at London’s Stringfellow’s in December.

The Smile hitmaker shared her relationship status in an interview with Grazia magazine, where she was asked who the last person to text her was.

Lily simply replied: ‘My boyfriend.’

Lily’s outing in the capital of Italy comes several months after she revealed she’s undergoing therapy for ‘shopping like an insane person’ to celebrate the success of her latest album, West End Girl.

She had been splashing the cash, ‘convinced she is a billionaire’, but revealed last year in December that she was receiving treatment for her spending addiction.

Returning to her Miss Me? podcast for a Christmas special with co-host and best friend Miquita Oliver, Lily revealed all the lavish items she has purchased – including a £120,000 Porsche and a £16,500 Hermes bag.

‘I’m just playing with my huge diamond and emerald ring. I bought myself a little present, but it’s not that little,’ she said.

‘You’ve got to treat yourself and mark the moment. I’m convinced I’m a billionaire. Handbags have been bought, jewels and a car has been bought.’

The singer told how she had been in eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy for the past four months due to her spending habits.
