Coleen swears by regular Pilates sessions, in which she attends when back home in Cheshire.
Speaking to the Daily Mail, Coleen told how instead of her usual Reformer Pilates workouts, she settled for bodyweight squats when she was in the jungle.
She said: ‘At home every morning when I’m in the shower I do squats. I get up before the kids get up and I’ll do a routine of squats and I know if I’ve got them done I can carry on.
‘I would also do a few gym sessions and Reformer Pilates but in the Jungle, obviously, it was my squats.’
Coleen revealed she does a total of 126 squats daily.
‘Every morning when I’m in the shower I do squats, and that is my thing’, she told The Sun. ‘I get up before the kids get up and I’ll do a routine of squats. And then I know at least if I’ve got them done, then I’m OK.’
She said: ‘I do a few gym sessions and reformer Pilates, but in the jungle it was my squats’, she said following her stint on I’m A Celebrity.
Fans were left stunned by Coleen’s ability to keep her skin so glowing and fresh despite the extreme conditions she was put through in the jungle.
‘I’ve been getting loads of lovely compliments on my skin whilst I’ve been in the jungle, so I wanted to let everyone know what supplements I’ve been taking,’ Coleen explains.
‘I’ve been using the Hair, Skin and Nails capsules every day and for some time now. I have felt the strength in my hair and nails improve and I think my complexion has also become clearer.
‘My skin is looking youthful and hydrated, no matter what I’m going through – I couldn’t be happier!
‘Another product I absolutely love is the Marine Collagen. I highly recommend this to help with prevention of collagen decline and to improve appearance. I use the strawberry raspberry flavour which I just add to some water, but they do other flavours as well. They also do a no- flavoured version which I add to my coffee.
‘I also use the Hydration powder. I normally use this after the gym, but I also use it on a day after I have drunk alcohol. For the coming out party after the jungle this is the first thing I reached for the next morning,’ the star reveals.

The supplements have become an integral part of Coleen’s daily routine, helping to support her skin no matter what life throws at her.
Collagen is a naturally occurring protein which makes up approximately 30 per cent of all protein in the human body and plays an important role in maintaining the structure, elasticity and strength of your skin.
This clever substance helps keep skin plump, smooth and hydrated, while also helping to maintain healthy hair and nails.
Unfortunately, your body’s collagen production slows down from around the age of 25, leading to fine lines, wrinkles, and a loss of skin firmness.
Birthday party preparations got underway at Coleen and Wayne’s £20million Cheshire mansion ahead of the WAG’s 40th this week.
The couple installed a giant marquee in their front garden, kitted out with outdoor heaters for the Easter weekend bash.
The TV personality is marking the milestone celebration with a series of events in the run up.
‘I’m looking forward to it. I love a birthday and a celebration’, she told OK! magazine.
‘I have decided to enjoy a couple of different celebrations with family and friends over the year and with my birthday falling over Easter weekend, some friends are away – so any opportunity to extend the celebrations.’
Ahead of approaching her forties, Coleen said she felt ‘settled and happy’ about the milestone.
‘For me, it’s another birthday. Some people would think it was a big milestone; however, I feel like everything is quite settled, and the kids are getting older,’ Coleen told Evoke.
‘Obviously, I will celebrate, but I’m not seeing it as a big change in my life’, she added. ‘Bringing my children into the world, and watching them grow, and you know, being there for them throughout the proud moments that they have,.
‘Then, career-wise, I think [the fact that I’m] just still doing what I’m doing after all these years. It’s been a long time now, from 16 to 40, and to still be successful in the public eye.’
