Champions League hero’s ‘caveman eating regimen’ and jaw-dropping sizzling health guru fiancee

A Champions League hero who loved a goal against Liverpool is dating a jaw-dropping hot fitness guru fiancee and credits his chiseled physique to a caveman diet

A Champions League hero, who has been a constant thorn in Liverpool’s side, might credit his 10/10 performances to a “caveman diet”.

Marcus Llorente loved a goal against the Reds, netting a brace during their Last 16 second-leg in 2020 – on the eve of a covid lockdown – as Atletico Madrid dumped Jurgen Klopp’s side out of Europe. And he would repeat the feat this season, scoring twice in a 3-2 loss.

Llorente, 31, is showing no signs of slowing down, and it could be down to his ‘caveman diet’ which consists of food that were routinely eaten in the Paleolithic era, also known as the Old Stone Age.

Ultra-processed food products such as pasta, bread, and cereal are off the table for Llorente who instead consumes food products such as meat, fish, and vegetables, as well as “high-quality” cheeses.

Speaking on Cadena SER programme El Larguero, he said: “It would be eating what was eaten in the Paleolithic. You would have to eliminate all ultra-processed foods. Don’t even look at them. And also cereals. Everything that is pasta, bread, wheat, rice… also dairy. Only high-quality cheeses.”

Llorente admitted his reasoning for the diet is down to being healthy rather than for the benefit of his footballing career. “I eat everything,” he revealed. “Meat, like the steak that I love. Fish, eggs, vegetables. And carbohydrates like potatoes, sweet potatoes and cassava.

“With the Paleolithic diet, I will go 100 per cent. It is a lifestyle and a way of living. With that I will live and with that I will die. That’s how it is. I do it for health, not because of football.

“I am clear that when I finish my career, I will continue to take care of myself just as much or more than now.”

As well as winning on the pitch, Llorente is clearly winning away from it – thanks to his stunning girlfriend Patricia Noarbe.
