A sexy housewife living a double life has confessed to causing the death of a 55-year-old man during a raunchy sexual encounter which went terribly wrong.
Michaela Rylaarsdamn, 32, has pleaded guilty to causing the death of 55-year-old Michael Dale while the pair were filming an X-rated video, for the woman’s online adult site.
The shocking footage showed Dale bound by his wrists, with duct tape covering his mouth and a plastic bag covering his face for several minutes, prosecutors state. Rylaarsdamn, a married escort, called 911 during the incident for help. However Dale later died the next day in hospital due to asphyxiation, prosecutors claim. The California woman Rylaarsdamn, who operated under the escort name Asshley SinCal was arrested in February 2025 in relation to the incident.
The 32-year-old charged $1,500 “plus a generous tip” for her sexual services, according to her adult page. Dale, who paid the woman just over $11,000 for the encounter, told the woman he wanted to be wrapped up “like a mummy” in Saran Wrap, according to testimony from during the preliminary hearing.
Rylaarsdamn lived a double life from her kinky website. At home she was wed to her husband, Brandon, who claimed he was fully aware of his wife’s sex work and even helped her run the business.
The married couple also have three young children together. Rylaarsdam’s adult website reads: “I am an upscale and classy creation that has been flawlessly designed and perfected over the 10 years of experience I have.”

Rylaarsdam added: “I come from a lifelong background of dance and I have learned how to incorporate acrobatics into my lap dances. I promise you NO OTHER listed on this site is as professional as I am.”
Authorities investigating Dale’s death at his home in Escondido, California, have claimed it was the first time the man had engaged in fetish behaviour before.
During the horror video Dale’s head was shown in the bag for around 8 minutes as the clip showed the man struggling to breath. After Dale passed out and was unresponsive, Rylaarsdam performed a nearby sex act for her adult page, prosecutors stated.
The adult clip was filmed moments before the woman called police and they attempted to perform CPR on Dale. The next day Dale was declared brain dead. Initially Rylaarsdam denied placing the bag over Dale’s head and also pleaded not guilty to the charge of second-degree murder.
Rylaarsdam’s attorney said his client had no intention to kill the man adding it was “certainly a mitigating factor.” Her attorney Dan Cohen said: “I think there was no intent to kill and no attempt to cover this up.” He added: “And she acted appropriately when she realized this was a problem.”
“There is definitely a consensual element – not only something he consented to, something he was actively seeking.” Cohen questioned Dale’s cause of death and also claimed the man had alcohol and prescription drugs in his system during his death.
