F1 followers name George Russell ‘jealous’ after hilarious Kim Kardashian response with WAG

Kim Kardashian stole the show in the Formula 1 paddock at the Monaco Grand Prix weekend as she arrived to support Lewis Hamilton, leaving even George Russell and his girlfriend starstruck

Kim Kardashian has stolen the show in the Formula 1 paddock as she supports Lewis Hamilton at the Monaco Grand Prix.

The 45-year-old reality TV star arrived in Monte Carlo on Saturday to cheer on the Ferrari star, 41, as their budding romance continues to grow. Kim K swanned through the paddock wearing a see-through black top as snappers jostled to get their pictures.

Despite being used to rubbing shoulders with A-listers on the grid, Kim’s appearance still left Hamilton’s former Mercedes team-mate George Russell and his girlfriend Carmen Montero Mundt starstruck as the two had the perfect view to watch the chaos Kim caused.

A video was posted showing Russell and Carmen leaning over the balcony of the Mercedes’ paddock building while a voice asked the Brit: “What’s happening down there?”, seeing Russell reply: “We’re watching Lewis’ new girlfriend arrive.”

The camera panned to show Kim walking through the pit lane as media and TV cameras followed her past the team garages. Carmen was then asked if she receives the same fanfare when she arrives at the track, but the 28-year-old replied: “Not quite!”

Fans on social media reacted to the hilarious video, with one fan quipping at Russell’s reaction: “’we’re watching lewis new girlfriend’ ???? are you jealous or what?” A second lauded the couple as “comedians.” While another joked: “They’re so nosy!”

Kim had earlier been snapped looking glam as she got off a boat in the French Riviera, showcasing her trademark curves.

She made their romance ‘Instagram official’ earlier this week, when she uploaded a series of photos which she captioned “lately” and among them a sweet snap of her and Hamilton on a bike ride.

And she turned heads with a figure hugging, see-through top showing off her cleavage as the superstar influencer made a big impact.

The mum-of-four and the racer from Stevenage enjoyed a romantic getaway in the UK in February, having previously attended the Super Bowl in America together in December.

After dominating the three practice sessions before Saturday’s qualifying, Ferrari have been left disappointed to have missed out on the front row. Hamilton will start in P3 alongside home hero Charles Leclerc, behind Kimi Antonelli and Max Verstappen.

However, it was another miserable day for Russell as he was only able to qualify in P6. Asked if he knew why he was struggling, Russell told Sky Sports: “No. If I knew I’d be able to not be in that position.

“The start of the year was easy; the last three races it’s just been nowhere. Even Canada was a real fight, but then I nailed it. That was pulling something special out of the hat. That’s where I am right now. Don’t really know.

“There’s definitely some things we’ve seen, with my natural driving style, which doesn’t suit it me as last year did. I don’t want to go into too much detail.

“Last year suited me just fine; this year suits him [Antonelli] very well. It still doesn’t answer why the start of the year was such a breeze. I don’t know – bit bamboozled right now.”
