Some did disagree slightly as this longer review said: “Loses a star as it is noisy.” Another added: “Compared to similar handheld fans, I find this fan to be noisy. If set to level 1 or 25, I’d say, it’s OK to use it anywhere.
“At any speed above 25, I would not dare to use it in a cinema or theatre because it’s too noisy. And even on a train or at work, I would not use it at speeds above 50, because it might annoy me and, more importantly, others.”
