Apple fan can snap up the latest AirPods without paying a penny extra when they upgrade their mobile this month. The offer is available for a limited period at Mobiles.co.uk, where shoppers can also bag a double data package on the iPhone 17.

Apple’s top-tier smartphone is priced at £35.99 monthly on iD Mobile’s 200GB plan, and those signing up for this contract will receive the AirPods 4 with Active Noise Cancellation sent alongside their handset completely free. The freebie wireless earbuds carry an RRP of £179 and typically cost for £169 when purchased directly from Apple.

The contract does need an upfront payment of £145, although customers can opt to bump up their monthly fee to £40.99 instead for a reduced initial cost of just £29. Both plans feature the identical double data promotion, offering 200GB for the cost of 100GB.

Subscribers will face bill increases twice throughout the 24-month agreement, with the £35.99 plan jumping to £31.79 from April 2027 and £33.59 from April 2028 in line with the start of the two financial years. Mobiles.co.uk hasn’t specified when the promotion ends, simply stating it’s running ‘while stock lasts’.

Mobiles.co.uk is giving away a pair of AirPods 4 with Active Noise Cancellation when shoppers order the iPhone 17 on iD Mobile’s 200GB tariff.

Meanwhile, Sky Mobile has quietly slashed the price of its iPhone 17 contract to £24.75 when spreading payments, requiring just £12 upfront. There’s a significant drawback to Sky’s deals though, as they only provide a relatively meagre 100MB data allowance, meaning heavy users will face extra charges for upgrades, reports the Daily Record.

Sky Mobile‘s contracts are also lengthier than iD Mobile at 36 months, although customers can upgrade after 24 months. For those who’d rather purchase their devices outright, the iPhone 17 is available at Amazon as well, where the 256GB model has been reduced from £799 to £749.

Apple revealed its iPhone 17 in September, featuring a 6.3″ Super Retina XDR display and a selection of fresh colours, including Mist Blue and Sage. It’s driven by the tech giant’s latest A19 Bionic chip and an ‘all-day’ battery, alongside a 48MP Dual Fusion Camera, Wi-Fi 7, and cutting-edge Apple Intelligence features. Mobiles.co.uk shoppers have given the iPhone 17 a 4.25-star rating, praising its performance and ‘excellent value for money.’

“Incredible mobile phone,” one five-star review states. “Fast, brilliant screen resolution, battery lasts well enough [and] camera takes outstanding photos. Really pleased overall.”

Another comments: “Feels great while maintaining its simplicity and performance, packed with the latest features. I’m so glad I went for the iPhone 17 from Mobiles.co.uk, service has been brilliant.”

However not everyone was happy. One shopper left a four-star review due to a gripe with the camera button, saying: “The right camera button is quite sensitive and a bit annoying, but otherwise I like it.”
