Bonnie Blue has been flagged to the NSPCC for using her newborn baby to promote a sex stunt – and now social workers have revealed what could happen next.
The adult content creator -real name Tia Billinger – has been reported by the Tories for “serious” safeguarding concerns following a promotional-style video.
In the clip, Bonnie is seen on a bed holding her child on her lap while surrounded by three men in balaclavas. Addressing the camera, she says: “Yes I just had a baby, but that means the six week rule does not apply to me because I had a C-section. Down there still looking perfect.”
The video triggered outrage online with Shadow equalities spokeswoman Joy Morrissey writing to the NSPCC and Tory leader Kemi Badenoch branding it “grotesque.”

However independent social worker Vince Peart says people often misunderstand what a referral actually means. He wrote on LinkedIn: “The call is screened against one test.
“Is there reasonable cause to suspect the child is suffering, or likely to suffer, significant harm? Being famous for sex work is not that.
“Being disliked by a large number of strangers is not that.” He added: “So the referral would be recorded and closed.
“On everything publicly known, that is the honest answer.”
Peart argues the real safeguarding issue isn’t public outrage, but the child’s privacy and digital footprint from day one.
He said: “There is a real safeguarding question in this story, and it is not the one being asked. It is the child’s privacy, and the record already being made of a life that is not yet two weeks old.”
He concluded that’s “a conversation a health visitor might reasonably have” – but “not a child protection enquiry”.

Bonnie had her child by caesarean section at the Lindo Wing of St Mary’s Hospital in London on August 29, around six weeks before her October due date.
She announced it in a video she said was filmed from a hospital toilet, claiming the baby was “super, super healthy”.
She has since defended herself and accused politicians of trying to score points by reporting her.
She told the Sun: “My baby is loved, protected and incredibly well looked after. Becoming a mum hasn’t changed the fact that I’m Bonnie Blue, but I know exactly where Bonnie ends and being a mum begins.

“If anyone has genuine safeguarding concerns, there are proper channels for raising them. But wasting the time of already stretched and understaffed services to score political points, because you dislike what I do for a living, only draws vital resources away from children who may genuinely need their help.”
