She barked “stop” twice and paced across the stage, visibly enraged by the evacuation instructions. Venting her frustration in Russian, she snapped: “Goddammit, I am so f***ing sick of them.” Although raised in Kyiv, Milyavskaya has remained a staunch ally of Vladimir Putin and his full-scale invasion of Ukraine.
Her pro-war stance previously saw her banned from entering Ukraine in 2017 following a performance in occupied Crimea, with official sanctions slapped on her by Kyiv in 2023. Social media footage of her outburst triggered a swift backlash online.

One critic posted on X: “Singer Lolita had a hysterical meltdown right on stage because of our drones—she had to interrupt her concert in Sochi a full three times.
“With our long-range capabilities, the traitor will have to seek peace at least as far as Kamchatka.”

Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin labelled the assault the “largest-ever attack by enemy drones,” claiming the strikes were aimed at disrupting the vote. In the wake of the escalation, the Kremlin vowed to step up retaliation.
The Russian defence ministry said: “In response to the Kyiv regime’s attacks on civilian targets within Russia, the Russian army will continue and intensify its high-accuracy strikes against military targets in Kyiv.”
As the nation has promised to escalate its military campaign, Russian citizens are reportedly abandoning the country amid fears that exit restrictions might be imposed.
Some worry limitations could be introduced if fresh rounds of military conscription take place, according to the anti-war project Ark.
