Wardy’s wagers: Bash bookies with bumper 40/1 guess builder on Liverpool v Man City
Our man reckons City will wipe the floor with Liverpool and also says you don’t need hypnosis to see time is up for Green Party leader Zack Polanski and Strictly contestant Shaun Wright Phillips
It was a bad week for the weirdo leader of the Green Party Zack Polanski. He’s the guy who was in the news because in a previous job he claimed that hypnosis could increase a woman’s breast size.
Well I have some advice for him after his defeat in the Holborn and St Pancras by-election. Go get hypnosis and hope that increases the size of your popularity.
Though Zack has probably got more chance of growing a huge pair of boobs by wishing on a star than that happening. Because the reality is that the game is up.
Zack has as much chance of becoming an MP as Man City owners have of winning a fair play award.
But instead of giving up gracefully the blissfully ignorant egomaniac says he’s hanging on in there.
Meanwhile, another oddball character with a bit too much self-confidence made a pretty undignified exit this week. Cristiano Ronaldo may have played his last game for Portugal after storming out of the team camp and blasted manager Jorge Jesus.
The walking, slick-haired, hissyfit, accused Jesus of going back on his word because he didn’t read out a number of statements that Ronaldo had drafted for his press conference.
Those statements included: “I know how much Ronaldo lives and loves the national team and the weight he has in the world, and even more the weight and the positive influence he has had on the national team for 24 consecutive years.
“I made a mistake by putting someone of the stature of Pelé or Maradona on to warm up and then not putting him in the game. If it were today I would not do it.”
“I want Cristiano in the national team. In fact I do not want him a little, I want him a lot.”
He’s more deluded than a Man City fan that believes their club is innocent.
The bookies seem a little confused about the future of Polanski too so you should definitely snap up the odds of 10/3 that he will no longer be the leader of the Green Party by the year’s end.
(William Hill) – Zack Polanski Exit Date
2027 or later – 1/5 – 2026 – 10/3
And anyone who thinks Man City’s performance will be affected by the chaos off of the pitch is way off the mark too. I reckon City will punish Liverpool at home with a big win and here is a huge Bet Builder to bash the bookies with…
Haaland to score anytime
Nico O’Reilly to Score or Assist anytime
Over 2 goals
Both teams to score – NO
(bet365) – 40/1
Best of the rest
Two little boys were at a wedding when one of them leaned over to the other and asked, “How many wives can a man have?” His friend answered, “Sixteen… four better, four worse, four richer, and four poorer.” Get rich with a bet on CLEVELAND BROWNS To beat NY Jets – (betfred) – 23/10
I went to a job interview today and the interviewer asked me, “what is your greatest weakness?” I said, “I am too honest.” He said, “I don’t think that’s a weakness.” “Well I don’t give a f*** what you think!” Honestly, BLACKBURN are good bet to beat Cardiff – (10bet) – 17/10
My wife and I share the same sense of humour. We have to… she doesn’t have one. Shaun Wright-Phillips can laugh at the fact he’s crap at dancing but he’ll be voted off Strictly tonight – (CORAL) – 2/1
A man goes to the doctor and tells him he has a strawberry growing out of his head. The doctor says “I’ll give you some cream for that”. Feel berry happy with a bet on BRIGHTON to beat Sunderland – (10bet) – 13/10
