Foot-obsessed intercourse offender jailed for sniffing younger woman’s ft on the town centre
Samuel Creed, 26, approached two young girls in Sudbury, Suffolk, and followed them while asking questions about feet and footwear before asking one girl to remove her shoe and sniffing her foot
A serial sex offender with an “obsession with feet and footwear” has been jailed for asking a girl to remove her shoe before sniffing her feet in a town centre. Samuel Creed, 26, approached two young girls in Sudbury, Suffolk, and followed them while asking questions about feet and footwear, a court heard.
Prosecutor Mr Hughes said Creed, who was wearing ripped trousers that exposed his naked behind, asked one girl to remove her shoe before sniffing her foot.
In a police interview, one girl said serial sex pest Creed “kept getting erections” and asked if he could be “her personal slave”.
He obtained both girls’ phone numbers and later messaged them, telling them “age was just a number” and suggesting to one girl that they could lose their virginities together.
Creed also asked the girls to put their feet on him as he lay on the floor pretending to be a footrest.
He was sentenced at Ipswich Crown Court on Friday (06/11) for two counts of sexual communication with a child, two counts of inciting a child to engage in sexual activity, burglary and breaching a Sexual Harm Prevention Order.
The defendant has 40 previous convictions for 85 offences, including six sexual offences, the court heard.
His previous offending includes sexually assaulting two women on a train by removing their footwear and massaging their feet, which led to a Sexual Harm Prevention Order preventing him from travelling on the railway.
Creed was also sentenced for breaching the order and burgling a room in Ipswich, where he stole a Samsung tablet and smart television before selling them.
Judge David Wilson said Creed had acted “for your own sexual gratification” and was “incapable of management within the community”.
He imposed a total sentence of 12 months in custody, followed by a three-year extended licence period, and ordered Creed to pay £228 compensation to the burglary victim.
An application was made for the forfeiture and destruction of the mobile phone he used to send sexual messages to the children.
