Two 17-year-olds were killed in a car crash when their Toyota left the road and struck a tree.
The driver, as well as passenger Trevor Wynn, were pronounced dead at the scene after their vehicle left the carriageway between Dinnington and Todwick, near Rotherham, South Yorkshire.
Another passenger, an 18-year-old man, was left seriously injured in the early hours of Saturday morning and remains in hospital.
South Yorkshire Police‘s Serious Collisions Unit has arrested two men, aged 18 and 19, one on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving and the other on suspicion of perverting the course of justice.
The pair has since been interviewed and released on police bail as investigations continue.
