Tom Brady flashes one other ultra-rare watch in NFL commentary sales space value as much as $1million

Tom Brady may boast an impressive haul of Lombardi Trophies but the collection of heavy metal on his wrist is somehow even greater.

The NFL legend left fans dazzled once again over the weekend when he flashed a glimpse of the latest eye-catching timepiece in his expansive collection.

The former quarterback was on Fox duty for the NFL playoffs on Saturday when he called the Seattle Seahawks‘ thrashing of the San Francisco 49ers in the NFC Divisional Round and he made sure to dress the part.

In between his stints in the booth, Brady showed off his choice of watch for the occasion – with the 48-year-old going all out for the showdown.

Brady sported a Rolex Cosmograph Daytona Rainbow – a highly exclusive model from the luxury watch brand that blends its cosmograph heritage, renowned craftsmanship and an added gem-set flair.

The iconic model is immediately recognizable for its famous rainbow-colored sapphire bezel design.

The bezel boasts 36 baguette-cut sapphires in a array of glittering jewel tones that transition through the rainbow, starting at red through to pink and purple.

Brady’s particular model is even more striking thanks to its full pave diamond dial, which is complimented by matching rainbow sapphire baguette accents at the indices.

For an added flourish, the timepiece’s lugs and crown guards are also encrusted in diamonds.

On the secondary market, the flashy timepiece can fetch up to an eye-watering $1million. Rainbow Daytonas with a simple plain colored dial are often listed for anywhere between $400,000 to $650,000, depending on their configuration and condition.

However, a piece such as Brady’s which feature more elaborate detailing such as the pave diamond dial can exceeding staggering sums of $700,000 to $1m.

The New England Patriots icon has rarely held back from showing off his impressive watch collection with Brady often making a splash with his chosen timepieces.

Back in December, he ensured all eyes were on him – and his wrist – as he took to the stage in as a draw assistant for the 2026 FIFA World Cup draw.

Brady, who looked typically dapper in a sharp black suit and matching tie, was wearing an ultra-rare Patek Philippe Nautilus Ref. 5980/1400R, a watch with a staggering market price of $700,000, according to reports.

As he held up the slip for Portugal, sealing the fate of Cristiano Ronaldo ’s national team, the studio lights caught the sparkle of the plethora of diamonds on his wrist.

The 18k rose gold piece is a dazzling take on the brand’s chronograph icon and is fully set with brilliant-cut diamonds that cover the bezel, case and even the bracelet.

The ‘porthole’ case shape – a signature of the Nautilus line – was unmissable against his dark suit.

For last season’s Super Bowl broadcast, Brady wore a special Yellow Sapphire Caviar Tourbillon worth $740,000. That piece had 49 carats, along with 338 brilliant-cut diamonds.

Furthermore, in October 2024, Brady put a large part of his personal watch collection up for auction, with 41 items selling for just over $9million.
