A couple who make six figures creating adult content have revealed their dream “retirement plan” is to ditch the cameras and open a cat sanctuary in Cyprus. Jade and Josh Vow, originally from Southwest England, moved to the Mediterranean island three years ago and quickly fell in love with the local stray cats roaming the streets.
Now the pair – who create X-rated content together online – say their long-term dream has nothing to do with luxury lifestyles or flashy mansions. Instead, they want a quiet farm filled with rescue animals.
Jade admitted she is naturally introverted and happiest spending time at home with Josh and their two cats, Scampi and Peach Pie.
“If I was single, I’d have no friends,” Jade Vow, who has 60,000 Instagram followers @littlepidge, said. “I wouldn’t leave the house.
“I’d definitely be a crazy cat woman.” The couple began feeding stray cats shortly after moving to Cyprus, before eventually adopting two of their own.
Josh said: “We started feeding them, taking them to the vets and letting them roam around. At first I didn’t really want the responsibility of owning cats ourselves – now I couldn’t imagine not having them.”
Despite making a fortune through adult content, Jade says her dream is surprisingly simple. She added: “I’d love to open a cat sanctuary out here in Cyprus.
“That’s genuinely my dream. I want loads of cats, a couple of goats, a cow, a sheep – just a really nice farm set-up.”
Josh agreed and said the pair are far less interested in expensive lifestyles than people might assume. “We’re not obsessed with flashy stuff.
“We just want freedom.” Although the pair dream of a quieter future, they admit they’ll probably always stay connected to the adult industry in some way.
Jade, 27, said: “We also have dreams of opening a sex club one day. “We genuinely love the industry.
“It’s not just some fad to us.” The pair have visited sex clubs across Europe and say their favourite experience was in Amsterdam.
Josh added: “It just felt like a normal nightclub – except with naked people walking around. There was no pressure and no awkwardness.
“Also, the satay chicken was incredible.” Despite their unconventional careers, Jade says their real lives are much calmer than people expect.
She said: “People think our lifestyle must be crazy all the time but honestly, we mostly just stay home with our cats watching films.” Josh added: “I don’t like closed-mindedness.
“I don’t think life should be restricted to being boring and mundane.” For now though, the pair continues creating content together while building their dream future in Cyprus.
Jade added: “One day I’ll have a thousand cats and my own sanctuary. That’s the real goal.”
