A judge and cop have been exposed after having a scandalous affair filled with ‘moaning’ and ‘kissing noises’ over the span of two years inside a court house during work hours

A married judge and the deputy chief of a police department were said to have had loud sex in a courthouse during business hours during a two-year fling.

Judge Eleanor Ross, 58, and Kelley Collier, 55, are accused of subjecting court house staff members were to gross “kissing and moaning noises” as they bonked at work – prompting a colleague to leave work early on one occasion.

Judge Ross, of the Atlanta-based US District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, was nominated by President Obama and confirmed by the Senate in 2014. A judicial complaint report slamming her behaviour stated the judge was having sex in the “chambers and during business hours” in what it said was a “a gross lack of judgement.”

Collier bio’s on the Atlanta PD website states: “Collier has a passion for analytics, computer technology, and efficient management strategies and he applies these skills daily to achieve positive outcomes for the department.”

The Atlanta Police Department have announced they are looking into the scandal.

The force said in a statement: “The Atlanta Police Department has launched an investigation to determine if the person mentioned in the Committee on Judicial Conduct and Disability of the Judicial Conference of the United States, is indeed an employee of the Atlanta Police Department.”

The initial complaint was issued in February and was confirmed by the Committee on Judicial Conduct and Disability of the Judicial Conference of the US on Friday, May 22.

The committee also said the cop in question serves as a “commander of a certain division” and has served Atlanta since 1998. Bloomberg Law reports the description matches with Collier’s bio and his now-wiped LinkedIn profile.

Despite lying about the affair, the Judge Eleanor Ross has been handed a light punishment as they were given a “private reprimand” and ordered to write apology letters to six law clerks.

In the initial complaint one staff member stated they decided to head home early from work after hearing noises the pair made during their nasty entanglement. The report reads: “Law Clerk A was concerned about how the Subject Judge’s conduct, if it came to light publicly, might adversely affect the public’s view of the judiciary.
