Jaw-dropping ex-WWE star leaves followers flabbergasted along with her World Cup bikinis

A jaw-dropping former WWE star has left football fans flabbergasted with her wide array of World Cup bikinis.

CJ Perry, who performed under the ring name Lana in the wild world of professional wrestling, delighted fans as she dazzled in Brazilian themed two-piece bikini. Proving why she was once known as ‘The Ravishing Russian’ while the manager of Bulgarian brute Rusev, the 41-year-old danced around showing off her drop-dead gorgeous looks.

She appears to have caught a case of World Cup fever, with her TikTok account flooded with football content after first attending a World Cup match – which she refereed to as “FIFA” in her ‘get ready with me’ video for fans.

Lana first attended Belgium vs Iran – which would have been a bore 0-0 draw had it not been for Nathan Ngoy’s red card. Lana shared a couple of videos from the match – including one in a tube US Soccer top.

“My life is insane sometimes,” she joked as she found herself pitchside to try and hype up the crowd on the big screen.

However, it is her last two World Cup posts that have really left fans hot under the collar – as she wowed fans in Argentina and Brazil bikinis while soaking up some summer sun.

“I love Argentina, I love Messi, I love coconut milk,” one fan joked – just for Lana to reply: “Me too!”

“That’s actually a fun crossover moment! Lana backing Argentina just adds more fuel to the Messi GOAT debate,” a second said. As a third shared: “Where is she getting all these bikinis?”

And another added: “Lana is a Brazil supporter now. No matter what team she supports, every day gonna be a RUSEV DAY for me. It’s not Brazil or Argentina winning, it’s all of us WWE fans winning daily!”

Lana was part of WWE’s releases in 2021, after eight years with the company where she appeared on-screen with her real-life husband Rusev, real name Miroslav Barnyashev.

Rusev, who is Bulgarian but was briefly portrayed as Russian in storyline before quietly to Bulgarian, played the role of a dastardly foreign heel (a wrestling term for a bad guy), with Lana as his equally foreign, equally evil manager.

Lana, unlike her husband is America, and had to adopt an accent on screen. Speaking on the Talk Is Jericho podcast, Lana recalled her exit conversation with WWE head of talent relations John Laurinaitis, aka Johnny Ace.

She said: “[Laurinaitis] says, ‘I’m calling you about your 90 days.’ I’m like, ‘Wait, what?’ I couldn’t even understand. He’s like, ‘I’m calling you about your 90 days because you’re getting released.’

“I was literally standing next to the pool like… My heart dropped. At the same time, I felt really relieved, which was really weird because I didn’t expect to feel relieved. It was like a weight lifted off my shoulders.

“If someone would have told me that would happen, I would have been like ‘no way’ because I love my job and I love the people I worked with. Things are sh**** at times, but that’s why it’s a job.

“He goes, ‘Stay in touch. You’ve worked your a** off.’ I go, ‘Is there anything I did wrong?’ He’s like, ‘No, you’ve worked your a** off. You’ve improved tremendously in the ring. Thank you for working hard. Stay close.’”

Rusev was also released from his WWE contract in April 2020 and went to rival promotion AEW where he was repacked as Miro. However, he has since return to the WWE.

Lana also penned a deal with the company in 2025 – but she was signed on a ‘Legends’ deal confirmed she had stepped away from in-ring action after her 2021 release.
