Driver ‘uncovered and performed with himself’ in grocery store automotive park in entrance of horrified customers
A 49-year-old man could face years behind bars after allegedly ‘exposing and playing with himself’ in a car park then trying to drive off and tossing a beer can during a police stop

A driver accused of “exposing and playing with himself” in the parking lot of a shop could face up to seven-and-a-half years in prison.
Jose Quintana Torrejos, 49, has been arrested on multiple felony charges after allegedly exposing himself in a Walmart car park in Indiana, US, in front of shoppers, including children.
Fort Wayne, Indiana police were called to the shopping centre on the afternoon of July 21, after receiving multiple complaints of public indecency in the parking lot. Officers arriving at the scene reportedly spotted the suspect trying to drive away. Police consequently carried out a traffic stop.

They further claimed they saw the man toss a beer can out of the car window as he was being pulled over. Torrejos was arrested and charged with three Level 6 felonies – public indecency, vicarious sexual gratification, and dissemination of matter or conducting a performance harmful to a minor, Wane 15 reported.
He was allegedly “exposing and playing with himself” in the store’s parking lot, according to a press release from the Fort Wayne Police Department.
Investigators said there two victims – a 12-year-old girl and a 17-year-old girl. They later picked Quintana Torrejos out in a police photo lineup, Wayne FM reported. He was taken into custody and transported to the Allen County Lockup.

He is currently being held at the Allen County Jail. Public court records also indicate Quintana Torrejos is a repeat offender, with a previous conviction for public indecency.
Quintana Torrejos could face up to seven-and-a-half years in prison if he is convicted on all counts and a judge orders the sentences to run consecutively. Under Indiana law, each Level 6 felony, the lowest tier of felony, carries a sentencing range of six months to two-and-a-half years, with an advisory (standard) sentence of one year.
As Quintana Torrejos is charged with three separate Level 6 felonies, a judge could hand down up to two-and-a-half years for each charge. However, the total time he serves will depend on how the court structures any sentence.
If the judge orders the terms to be served concurrently (at the same time), the maximum would typically be two-and-a-half years. If the judge orders them consecutively, the total could reach seven-and-a-half years.
His previous conviction for public indecency could also be used by prosecutors as an aggravating factor as the case progresses, potentially strengthening any push for a tougher sentence rather than probation.
