An Aston Villa fan had a cheeky celebration when teenage sensation Brian Madjo equalised against PSG in the UEFA Super Cup.

Unai Emery’s side battled hard but were beaten 2-1 by the European champions on Friday night. The two sides on paper looked worlds apart with PSG having virtually all of their World Cup stars back in action, while Villa started two teenagers as Emery waits for the likes of Ollie Watkins, Ezri Konsa and Emi Martinez to return to action.

However, the depleted ranks allowed 17-year-old striker Madjo to make his mark as he scored Villa’s equaliser on the stroke of half-time to rule out Khvicha Kvaratskhelia’s opening goal.

Madjo had been in the thick of the action, bullying Marquinhos and Willian Pacho, but missing the opportunities that came his way, but his brute strength and positioning saw him again beat Pacho to a cross into the box and turn the ball home whilst off balance.

The youngster’s strike was exactly what he and Villa deserved for their work to that point, and the goal sent the English fans in the Stadion Salzburg crazy behind the goal.

One fan in particular wearing an Aston Villa Hawaiian shirt got carried away as he got his backside out and mooned the PSG fans in the main total eclipse that players and fans saw last night.

TNT Sport cameras panned to the celebrating Villa fans before quickly cutting away from the guy in the front row spanking his backside. But the damage was already done and the clip has since gone viral on social media.

To make matters worse, the fan was picked up by the cameras just two minutes into the match due to his fetching Villa-themed shirt, making it incredibly easy to recognise the culprit.

PSG retook the lead in the second half with Desire Doue striking on the hour mark. Villa threw everything at the Parisians but were unable to find a second equaliser before full-time.

Speaking after the game, Emery praised Madjo and fellow teenager George Hemmings: “Their experiences and having days like today are very important.

“Brian played today because in pre-season he has showed his capacity to work. The reality is to keep being consistent and performing in the level they showed today.”
