Jon Stewart Makes Blunt Prediction About MAGA If Trump Is Found In Epstein Files

Jon Stewart has a prediction about what will happen to President Donald Trump’s support system if it were revealed that his name is in the Epstein files.

In a new episode of Stewart’s “The Weekly Show,” set to release Thursday, the comedian confidently asserted that the president will appear in the Epstein files after email correspondence showing Epstein referencing Trump were released Wednesday by Democrats on the House Oversight Committee.

In one of the three emails, the late sex offender alleged that Trump “knew about the girls” in his widespread sex-trafficking ring that victimized dozens of underage girls.

In another email, Epstein referred to Trump as the “dog that hasn’t barked.” He also told his since-convicted co-conspirator, Ghislaine Maxwell, that a victim of his “spent hours at my house” with Trump.

Trump has repeatedly denied involvement with Epstein. The right-wing leader’s administration has faced scrutiny from MAGA supporters and others in recent months over its handling of the case after the Justice Department announced in a memo in July that there was no evidence that Epstein had kept a “client list” or died of causes other than suicide in his jail cell in Manhattan in 2019.

Stewart made his remarks after producer Brittany Mehmedovic said it was a “very big if” whether Trump could be in the Epstein files.

“If? I’m sorry, if?! Did they not look at the emails today?” the comedian fired back. “When did they ask this question? If? He said he was gonna sue — that’s when you know, when Trump comes out, he’s, ‘I’m gonna sue Rupert Murdoch for insinuating that…’ — when was the last time you heard about that lawsuit?”

Stewart added: “It’s gone. It’s gone because he’s in it.”

Mehmedovic then asked the late night host if he thinks the president “would lose any support” should he be found in the Epstein files, to which he bluntly replied, “No.”

A shocked Mehmedovic hit back, “Really?”

“It’s really hard to imagine,” lead producer Lauren Walker chimed in.

Asking his other producer, Gillian Spear, if she thinks Trump might be in the files, she gave Stewart a loaded response.

“I feel like if there was, like, we already have hit the threshold where it should be disqualifying with so many things with him,” she said. “What else would you need to see? Like, this guy was one of his best friends. Like, there’s photos of them together.”

Noting that there’s also “videos of them together ogling at young women,” she added, “Like, we’ve seen what we need to see. So I don’t know what else could possibly push the needle here.”

Joking that he’s “seen more pictures of [Trump and Epstein] together than with some of my best friends,” Stewart added, “They have more of a scrapbook with each other than many of the people that I’m great friends with.”

Mehmedovic went on to question how the GOP will “spin this” and how Trump will “get out of this” Epstein scandal, prompting the “Daily Show” host to launch into comparing Trump to characters from the Looney Tunes animated show.

“The way he gets … like I’ve always said, it’s Wile E. Coyote versus the Roadrunner. And every time we keep thinking, 34 felonies, that’ll get him, oh my God, that thing he said on ‘Access Hollywood,’ and every time Trump just comes in and goes, ‘meep, meep’ and flies away. And I think it’s the same thing.”

Continuing the comparisons, Stewart said Trump could be discovered in photos of “him and illegal sex-trafficked women from Epstein in a forced human caterpillar in Bora Bora and they’d find a way to say, ‘Well, but Hunter Biden’s laptop was worse and Burisma and it’s fake and none of it ever happened.’”

The political commentator was referencing the “Human Centipede” movie franchise, in which multiple humans are surgically connected mouth to anus. He also referenced the years-long controversy surrounding a laptop that belonged to former President Joe Biden’s son Hunter Biden.

“Gillian’s exactly right. Everything we need to know about it… is that it is plausible because of the relationship that they had — that wasn’t his like softball buddy,” Stewart said.

He added, “That was his international model buddy. That’s what they did together. They weren’t bingo friends. They weren’t backgammon friends. They didn’t play pickleball. They played tickleball.”
