The former Duchess of York is believed to be raging over Queen Camilla’s lack of public support for her as she hits rock bottom – and may burn a few bridges out of spite.
Sarah Ferguson has landed on tough times after her relationship with convicted rapist, sex trafficker and “esteemed friend” Jeffery Epstein caught up with her and her ex-husband, Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor.
Stripped of her titles, removed from her charitable endeavours and looking for a new home after being given the boot from the Royal Lodge by King Charles, Fergie allegedly feels betrayed by Queen Camilla remaining tight lipped over recent events and not showing the former royal any support.
Speaking to the National Examiner, an insider claimed that the former Duchess is “very hurt” because “Camilla has just blanked her” and wishes Camilla would show her some loyalty.
No stranger to scandal herself, Queen Camilla was the other woman for many years during then-Prince Charles and Princess Diana’s short-lived and tumultuous marriage, and was was snubbed for it for many years.
Not from Fergie though, who was able to move on from the affair- despite being a confidant to Princess Di, according to the source.
Previously, Fergie has talked about being “so close” to the Queen, and now, she feels she deserves something back in return, the source continued.
They said: “Sarah keeps saying Camilla owes her — she cannot believe she’s suddenly being treated like some problem to avoid.
“She says she stood by Camilla through the darkest years.”
The source added that Sarah thought of Camilla like a sister, adding: “But she’s been pushed into a corner and that is making Sarah very dangerous.
“She’s a ticking time bomb — and the angrier she gets, the more likely she is to go through with threats to take everyone down with her. Sarah has enough stories to make everyone in the royal family very embarrassed, especially Charles and Camilla.”
This comes as it was revealed that the former Duchess is fielding offers from US channels for a bombshell interview in exchange for hefty sums.
Royal expert Samara Gill told The Sun: “She needs the cash. It’s as simple as that.
“Both her and Andrew have absolutely nothing to lose at this point.
“Who knows whose dirty laundry they will then air out? I don’t think it’ll be their own.”
