The distinct sound of a taser is heard before another demand for the suspect’s hands is made while a sixth officer is seen standing by with a police dog. The short clip, published by the Sun, ends as the officers appear to take control of the suspect.

The bloody knife rampage left 10 passengers in hospital, nine of which were fighting for their lives. In an update from British Transport Police Superintendent John Loveless, he confirmed two remain in critical condition while four were discharged.
The police boss said there was nothing to suggest the attack was a terror incident and added it was “not appropriate” to speculate on the “cause” of the stabbings.
The arrests was made eight minutes after the stabbings were reported, Mr Loveless added. The “deeply shocking” attack took place on a train after it left Peterborough station in Cambridgeshire at 7.42pm.
