Celebrity Traitors finale: Alan Carr, Cat Burns, Joe Marler, Nick Mohammed and David Olusoga compete to win £100,000 prize – stay updates

Celebrity Traitors fans will finally learn whether the Traitors or Faithful will survive the ultimate showdown as the show reaches its conclusion on Thursday night.

Tonight’s finale promises to be the most dramatic episode to date as remaining players, Traitors Alan Carr and Cat Burns, and Faithful Nick Mohammed, David Olusoga and Joe Marler, compete to win cash for their chosen charity.

It comes following an action-packed penultimate episode which saw the murder of Celia Imrie in plain sight and a final roundtable slanging match culminating in Kate Garraway being banished.

Nineteen celebrities entered Scotland’s Ardross Castle earlier this month for the first celebrity spin-off of the reality show which has become one of the most watched TV events in 2025.

Earlier today it was reported the final was thrown into chaos after the episode leaked online 24 hours it was due to hit screens with the outcome discussed on social media.

Will Joe Marler expose the Traitors?

Celebrity Traitors viewers praised Joe Marler as ‘the smartest in the game’ as he correctly guessed that Cat Burns and Alan Carr are playing on the dark side in last week’s episode.

The penultimate instalment was full of plenty of drama as faithful Kate Garraway was banished at the Round Table after Celia Imrie was murdered in plain sight by Alan.

However after Kate had gone rugby player Joe returned to his theory from earlier in the day that Alan could be a Traitor and had just been slipping under the radar.

He then confidently confided in Nick Mohammed that he thought Cat was too – as the actor agreed with him.

Joe plans now to stay close to Cat and Alan to stay safe and then unleash his theory at the last minute to blindside them.

Speaking to the camera at the end of the episode he said: ‘My plan involves getting really close to Alan and Cat so they keep me in the game, and then I can try and pull the rug from under their feet at the last minute. Sorry, Traitors, I’m coming for you.’

Alan Carr

The 49-year-old comedian claimed he is ‘the most hated man in the UK’ after his murderous antics on the show as he headed to the US ahead of the Celebrity Traitors finale.

Speaking to Heart radio hosts Olly Murs and Mark Wright, Alan revealed he has flown to Orlando to escape the heat from fans and fellow celebrities, adding he needed to get away.

The comedian, who was selected as a Traitor by host Claudia Winkleman as the series hit screens on BBC One last month, has so far survived without detection.

However Alan, 49, and fellow Traitor Cat, were finally put under the microscope by their co-stars at the end of last week’s episode.

Joe Marler

The England rugby ace has spoken about his time filming the show on the Have A Word podcast.

Joe said: ‘It was f***ing great. It was absolutely bonkers. I absolutely loved it.’

The former prop, whose 15-year professional career ended in 2024, has been grilled for clues by his ex-team-mates, it was revealed ahead of England’s Autumn international with Australia.

‘I don’t think he has told anyone. He told Danny Care he has gone quite far,’ said Fin Baxter, who was Marler’s understudy for Harlequins and the national team.

Cat Burns

The 25-year-old singer had kept quite tight-lipped about her time on the show but has since taken to social media to reveal what it has been like as one of the three Traitors.

After she teamed up with Alan Carr to banish Jonathan Ross, Cat shared a video of her reacting to the moment shown on screen as she posed to a viral soundbite.

‘Me throwing Jonathan under the bus at tonight’s round table,’ she wrote in the clip that saw her smiling towards the camera, lip-syncing to the audio that detailed a person’s ‘vibe being off’.

Cat broke into music in 2020 with her hit single Go and has since released songs including Ghosting, End Game and Perfect.

David Olusoga

Historian David, 55, said he did not deserve to make tonight’s final, describing the game as ‘chance as well as strategy’.

Speaking to the BBC this week, the writer and broadcaster said: ‘I never thought I would get to the final, and the way I’ve played so far I probably didn’t deserve to get to the final.’

It was reported David became embroiled in a a secret behind-the-scenes feud with Sir Stephen Fry while filming the show during intense discussions over who was a traitor.

After Sir Stephen exited, he spoke warmly about having ‘wonderful conversations’ with his fellow competitor.

Nick Mohammed

Ted Lasso actor and comedian Nick Mohammed described how taking part in the show was the ‘first thing I’ve ever done as myself’ before entering the castle.

Speaking on The Comedian’s Comedian Podcast this week, he explained how the production team expertly crafted a tense environment during filming.

Nick revealed that the contestants were completely ‘isolated from the outside world’, as they weren’t allowed any devices and didn’t even know what time of day it was.

But while he praised production for being ‘so clever’ in a ‘positive way’, he admitted that one of his celebrity co-stars was less than pleased about being cut off.

Final five remain after celebrities are murdered and banished

Nineteen celebrities entered Ardross Castle for first ever Celebrity Traitors and now just five remain.

They include:

  • Nick Mohammed
  • David Olusoga
  • Cat Burns
  • Joe Marler
  • Alan Carr

Let’s take an in-depth look at each of them as they bid to win £100,000 for their chosen charity, which will be revealed at the end of the show.

Celebrity Traitors thrown into chaos as ENTIRE FINALE leaks online

*this article does not contain spoilers*

Celebrity Traitors has been thrown into chaos after the ENTIRE final episode leaked online 24 hours before it was due to hit screens – and whether the Traitors or Faithful win revealed by fans.

The BBC One show will air its tense finale tonight, which sees Traitors Alan Carr and Cat Burns, and Faithful Nick Mohammed, Joe Marler and David Olusoga, battle it out for the prize money.

With just one episode remaining of the series, which broke viewing records for the BBC and became the most-watched TV event of the year on its launch, the mammoth prize is up for grabs for any of the remaining Traitors or Faithful.

But, in a major faux pas for the series, Canadian streaming site Crave uploaded the entire episode on Wednesday evening, allowing hundreds of people to stream it online.

It means that a number of viewers have already discovered the result, which the Daily Mail has opted not to spoil for fans waiting for the finale.

What happened in last week’s episode

Tonight’s five finalists were revealed after an action-packed penultimate episode which saw a murder in plain sight and a final roundtable slanging match.

After Celia Imrie was brutally murdered at the hands of Alan Carr at the beginning of the episode, it was Kate Garraway who was the final star to be booted from the castle during the banishing after she was frequently deemed ‘useless’ throughout the series.

Keen to catch one more Traitor before the final, discussions between the contestants got heated with David Olusoga and Kate exchanging blows.

Host Claudia Winkleman announced the reveal of her final five around a fire pit, where the group had to prove their innocence by telling each other they were Faithful.

While Alan appeared to give up his game by bursting into fits of giggles, attentions also turned to singer Cat, 25, who has so far flown under the radar.
