Two teenagers have reportedly been stabbed in a street in Manchester last night (November 10). Police have taped off St John’s Road and Stockport Road.
Greater Manchester Police says it was called out to Dickenson Road, in Longsight, shortly after 9.30pm. The victims have reportedly been rushed to hospital. The victims, reportedly two males thought to be around the age of 18, were found with stab wounds. There has been no update on their condition.
Two male suspects have been arrested in connection with the incident, GMP said. One was arrested on suspicion of assault and taken into custody, while the other was transferred from hospital to custody.

Further details are yet to be established. Traffic has built up on surrounding roads including, including Stockport Road and Stanley Grove, as drivers avoid the cordon.
A reporter at the scene gave an update on X: “The closure of such a big junction at rush hours is causing traffic havoc on surrounding roads with people trying to get to school, work and doctors appointments,” she said.
