Bare naked Brits will show off their baubles this Christmas before celebrating the, er, Nude Year – at a top naturist hotel.

The Clover Spa – a small seven-bed hotel in Birmingham – have held fun festive events throughout December, including a mid-week Christmas party that offered turkey and mince pies alongside massages.

And guests can ring in the New Year starkers with their Nude Years Eve party on December 31, which offers a DJ set and drinks for members of the communities.

One guest who stayed there at a couples only event earlier this month gave it a five star review as they gushed: “Had another great weekend couples Christmas party.

“The Christmas dinner was amazing what the staff do with such a small kitchen. Very relaxing fantastic massage from Serena. We have already booked for next year. A great group of people.”

An advert for the Nude Year’s Eve Party says: “See out the old and bring in the new year with your Clover friends. Booking is essential, just book your preferred spa day and the £15 party surcharge will be added on the evening.

“The evening starts from 6pm, often slowly as guests soak up some heat before getting into the party spirit, eating, drinking and dancing to DJ Liam’s disco from 7pm until 1am.”

Owner Tim Higgs previously told the Daily Star he is proud of the business he owns and encourages his guests to “get naked”.

He told us last year: “We’re open to anyone over 18 but always best to book events to be sure we’re not over subscribed.

“Our spa facilities are on and used by party goers plus music, dancing eating, drinking – we are licensed, lots of talking, meeting old friends and making new.

“It’s a very friendly, non judgemental environment enjoying the freedom of nudity without sexual connotation.”

Pictures from previous events show guests enjoying relaxing in the buff in the spa’s facilities, including the sauna and hot tub.

A guest who stayed at the hotel in October said in a review: “Our second time staying at Clover and it was just as good as the first! We went for a few days in early September.

“The team at Clover is really top notch. We had excellent service from Dan, Magda, Martin, and Lisa all week. Not much else to say really, the facilities are great (especially the hot tub).

“I more enjoyed the hot tub at night when it’s less busy and more peaceful, but it was super busy during the day for all of the more social people to enjoy.

“I think the foot massage was my favorite, while my wife liked the full body Swedish which can be a bit too intense for me. Hoping we’ll be back before too long!”

Polling firm Ipsos previously reported a huge increase in naturism. The biggest survey ever into naturism has found 14% of people now identify as naturists or nudists, which is an estimated 6.75 million – or one in seven people.
