A Premier League bad boy was once given the boot by a Page 3 icon after allegations he spent the night with a dominatrix.
Former Liverpool and Arsenal star Jermaine Pennant was said to have taken a dominatrix back to his hotel room during a raucous stag do in Ibiza. The only problem was he was dating Jess Impiazzi at the time and the couple were reported to have plans to start a family before the incident.
The gorgeous ex-glamour model was left devastated and felt compelled to end things with the former Birmingham City winger, who turned 43 this week. Speaking at the time of the scandal, a source claimed: “Jess is absolutely heartbroken. She’s been incredibly vulnerable this past year with ongoing health problems.
“So to be told that he’d spent the night with the dominatrix when she was so ill and going through IVF – she couldn’t quite believe it.
“He was away on a stag do and the dominatrix put on a show for them all at a club and other members of the group claim Jermaine brought her back to his hotel. Jermaine told her that nothing happened despite a number of the stags claiming otherwise.
Pennant had been living with Jess in Surrey. In an attempt to demonstrate his commitment to her, Pennant even quit drinking. However, the couple parted ways after the claims emerged in late 2023.
The source continued: “Sadly a few weeks ago her trust was betrayed again. But this time she knew the relationship was over. Everyone is saying what a complete idiot Jermaine has been – again.
“He had everything with Jess and now he’s lost it all. Once a love rat, always a love rat.”
Pennant would himself explain: “I went on a stag do with people I hardly knew and anything organised was for the stag and had nothing to do with me.
“I did not cheat on Jess. I thought she had accepted my version [of events] because we stayed together after the Ibiza trip.
“It’s hard enough breaking up before Christmas, as Christmas alone without Jess will be tough, but I’ll just have to get on with it.”
Pennant had previously parted ways with his former wife, Babestation model Alice Goodwin, in March 2019, merely six months after their marriage was shaken by his flirtations with glamour model Chloe Ayling on Celebrity Big Brother.
The former Stoke City man previously confessed their relationship became “hostile” following Alice’s public embarrassment when he failed to disclose his married status whilst in the CBB house.
The pair had wed in 2014. Pennant, who had been engaged three times before, has a son from an earlier relationship with Lara Murphy, whom he abandoned for Alice.
Pennant, whose playing career was plagued by off-field problems and brushes with the law, has since been linked with Charlotte Kirk and Lara Murphy.
