Soham killer Ian Huntley ‘preventing for all times’ after ‘jail assault left pool of blood’

Soham child killer Ian Huntley is reportedly ‘fighting for his life’, according to a source to The Sun.

Huntley, 52, was reportedly left in a pool of blood and was airlifted to hospital after being attacked by a fellow inmate this morning (February 26), according to the source.

According to the publication, the convicted killer was attacked at around 9am at HMP Frankland, County Durham, after he was targeted by another inmate. His condition has been described as “touch a go”, the source stated.

A source told The Sun: “It was absolute chaos and Huntley was in a terrible state. I’m amazed someone was able to get anywhere near him because he is usually really closely protected.

“They must have timed it when he wasn’t with prison officers and must have used a weapon to injure him so severely.”
