The finale of the new series of Geordie Shore has been pulled from streaming after fans spotted a hilarious editing gaffe.

The episode, which was filmed last year, featured the emotional moment Kyle Christie married Vicky Turner, while Marnie Simpson and husband Casey Johnson welcomed their third child, a baby girl named Kixee Moon.

However, the milestones were quickly overshadowed by a technical error which saw the episode released without any background music.

This meant that the programme consisted of solely dialogue, leading some fans to share on social media they were seeing the show in a completely new light.

One uploaded a clip from the episode on TikTok, with the caption: ‘Can someone tell me why the last episode of Geordie Shore has no music at all throughout?’

Others then commented: ‘Thank god someone else noticed!; Why is it so scary without music?’

‘It made me realise how little dialogue there actually is. Music is a massive filler which I never noticed before;’

The episode has since been pulled from the streaming service Paramount+, and is yet to be re-uploaded to the platform.

Daily Mail has contacted a representative for Paramount Plus for comment.

Holly also made a return to Geordie Shore for its newest series, though she wasn’t invited to her ex Kyle’s wedding, which appeared in the finale.

However, Sophie Kasaei and her boyfriend Jordan Brook did not appear, after it emerged last year they’d decided to quit the show.

A source told the Mirror: ‘Sophie and Jordan pulled out last-minute, and it’s caused mayhem. The rest of the cast are upset and confused – they feel it won’t be the same without them.

‘Nobody’s quite sure what’s gone on… it happened days before everyone was flying out to Portugal and it’s the talk of the show.’

Sophie has been a fan favourite on Geordie Shore since the show’s 2011 launch, and joined rival show TOWIE in 2023.

During the filming of series 24, reality TV bosses demanded that the men and women slept in separate bedrooms during their filming days in Thailand.

This meant that the couple, who have been dating since November 2022, could not shared a bed or a room.

Jordan told the Daily Star: ‘We were there for a stag do, so the producers wanted the stags all staying together and the hens all staying together.’

Sophie added: ‘There was a girls room and a boys room. We weren’t allowed to stay in the same room, so we couldn’t sleep next to each other and have sex.’

The couple were said to be so frustrated by the set up that they begged producers to make an exception for them to stay together during the lavish getaway.

Sophie said: ‘When we were off camera, we went to the producers and said, ‘Please just let us have a room together’. But they still wouldn’t do it.’

But they said this did not stop them from having some intimate moments together as they found some time to have some alone time.

Sophie was an original Geordie Shore cast member when the show first launched in 2011 alongside the likes of Charlotte Crosby, Vicky Pattison, Gary Beadle, and Holly Hagan.

While former Love Island contestants including Olivia Attwood, Georgia Harrison, and Cara De La Hyde and Nathan Massey have all joined TOWIE in the past, no one from Geordie Shore had appeared on the ITV show before Sophie.
