Jo Wood has revealed what she eats to maintain her slim figure at the age of 71 as she opened up about staying healthy.
The TV personality revealed that she spends ‘around £80-£100’ on organic groceries and makes sure she always has fresh fruit and vegetables stocked in her fridge.
Discussing her strict diet, Jo explained that she usually fasts until midday before tucking into a ‘simple’ lunch and enjoying a ‘clean and fresh’ dinner.
But despite her healthy eating, the ex wife of Rolling Stones icon Ronnie Wood admitted she does enjoy a bit of chocolate in the evenings.
Speaking to Bella, Jo said: ‘I always start with a matcha latte or a decaf latte, blended with a stack of my favourite powders: Lion’s Man, Turkey Tail, Astragalus, He Shou Wu, Maca and Reishi.
‘I usually wait until midday to eat. Lunch is simple but delicious – often a banana mashed on good organic bread with a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Other days I’ll have kefir with honey and banana.
‘My go-to snack is seaweed strips, apples or pears. Dinner tends to be something clean and fresh like wild-caught cod with a crisp cucumber salad. Afterwards I might have half a bar of Green & Black’s chocolate.’

Jo recently had a dinner party and to impress her guests she cooked up a delicious prawn cocktail to start followed by a roast chicken and a fruit salad to finish.
The model, who launched her own brand of organic cosmetics in 2005 and now runs her own interior design company, has maintained a completely organic diet for some years.
She was diagnosed with Crohn’s Disease in 2005 and, after visiting a herbalist, decided to cut all processed foods from her diet to relieve the symptoms.
She has also been vocal in her condemnation of weight loss jabs and belief it’s ‘not a good idea’ for middle-aged women to use them.
Last month, Jo turned heads as she hit the runway for Vin+Omi’s London Fashion Week show at the Art’otel in Hoxton.
The model showed off her age-defying looks in a black lace bra which she wore underneath a black blazer that had the word ‘lies’ emblazoned on it.
Jo teamed the look with matching suit trousers and strutted down the runway with flowers wired into her blonde hair.
It is not the first time Jo has walked for Vin+Omi. Back in 2022, the television personality rocked a sheer pink dress, while in 2024 she wore a spaceship-inspired number.
Also on the catwalk was Dame Prue Leith. The former Bake Off host, 85, put on an animated display during the dress rehearsal, before changing into her look for the evening – an orange patterned suit with a dramatic pink ruffled shirt.
Established in 2004, Vin+Omi are widely recognised as pioneers in sustainable and eco-textile innovation.

Their runway shows frequently feature diverse supporters, including Dame Prue, Debbie Harry, Jo and Jane Moore.

Wood sensationally left her in 2008 when it emerged that he had been having an affair with 24-year-old Russian waitress Ekaterina ‘Katia’ Ivanova.
The musician is now happily married to theatre producer Sally Wood, 48, and they are parents to eight-year-old twin daughter Gracie and Alice.
Jo has also had a number of post-divorce romances but has been single since her split from her chef boyfriend Jameson Stocks in 2023.
