Basketball fan will get slam-dunked by feminine buddy in hilarious clip together with her brutal response to his yapping

A basketball fan was left speechless after his female friend brutally shut down his courtside rant in a viral clip.

In live broadcast footage, the man appears to be criticising play during the game when she turns on him with a savage one-liner.

‘That’s you, what the f*** are you talking about?’ she snaps, instantly exposing his apparent hypocrisy.

The moment came during the Indiana Pacers’ 123-94 away win over the Brooklyn Nets on Thursday night, with the pair clearly supporting the Pacers.

The clip has since racked up more than five million views online, with hundreds flocking to the comments section to weigh in.

One viewer described the put-down as ‘savage’, while another said she ‘gave him a reality check’.

‘She really hit him with the reality check! Her face says it all even before she speaks,’ one wrote.

Another added: ‘She’s got that zen energy while he’s just background noise.’

A third joked: ‘He might not be going home alone, but he’s definitely sleeping alone tonight.’

A fourth said: ‘She let him cook… then turned off the stove immediately.’

It is not the first time an awkward courtside moment has gone viral.

In 2015, a Boston Celtics fan was left red-faced after refusing to take part in a Kiss Cam segment at the United Center.

As the camera repeatedly returned to the couple, the man ignored prompts to kiss his partner, instead staying glued to his phone.

Bulls mascot Benny the Bull eventually stepped in, pouring a drink over the fan before whisking the woman away to cheers from the crowd.

Although the stunt was reportedly staged, it proved a hit with fans.
