Kilpatrick was sentenced to 96 years in prison for his sick crimes

A sick bloke found guilty of child sexual abuse and bestiality will likely die in prison after he was sentenced to 96 years behind bars.

Brandon Kilpatrick was told he will “never know freedom” again after being found guilty of the heinous crimes by a US court, which also included sexual extortion.

The 25-year-old’s grim behaviour was brought to the attention of the authorities when the messaging app Kik flagged potentially harmful content linked to his account. Police discovered the Arkansas man in possession of 187 files of child sexual abuse material, which he had also distributed to others.

He was also found to have performed sexual acts on a pit-bull.

Kilpatrick was arrested and charged with sexual extortion, three counts of bestiality involving a pit bull, and 96 counts of electronic facilitation of child sexual abuse.

The sick acts took place between May and September 2024, according to the prosecution.

During the court hearing, a victim read an impact statement slamming the vile man, telling Kilpatrick that “you are disgusting,” and that “there is no saving you.”

The unnamed victim told the court that she had been messaged by Kilpatrick on Instagram, who managed to obtain private pictures of her and threatened to release them unless she sent more.

She stated: ““I trusted you more than anyone else in my whole life. Had they not caught you, you would have been my end”, adding that she hoped to be “unscathed by your filth.”

The judge presiding over the case handed Kilpatrick the sentence as part of a plea deal. Along with the prison sentence, the 25-year-old has been placed on the sex offender’s list, and is banned from messaging the victim and from owning a dog.

He is also banned from coming into contact with anyone under the age of 21. Prosecutor Jeff Phillips described how the case had taken a real mental toll on the investigators.

He said: “We can’t unsee these things. We take these cases home.”

Kilpatrick showed no visible reaction during the hearing as the victim spoke. The court session ended with one of his victims telling him: “You will never understand what freedom feels like.”
