King Charles blanked his disgraced brother Andrew Mountbatten Windsor over the bank holiday weekend, despite the pair staying just moments away from each other. The 77-year-old monarch was spotted arriving at the Sandringham estate for some much-needed relaxation.

But despite setting up camp at Wood Farm, a stone’s throw from Andrew’s new Marsh Farm pad, His Majesty reportedly didn’t stop by to see his younger sibling. It follows a catastrophic eight months for Andrew, who has suffered the ultimate royal downfall after being stripped of his titles and kicked out of his Windsor mansion.

Worse still, the former prince is currently under the microscope of a major police probe, reports The Express.

He was arrested in a dramatic turn of events on February 19 – the exact day of his 66th birthday.

Andrew was hauled into police custody on suspicion of misconduct in public office, where he was grilled by detectives.

He spent his birthday behind bars before being released under investigation later that evening.

Just last week, cops confirmed that the misconduct allegations they are looking into cover a wide range of offences, including claims of sexual misconduct.

Thames Valley Police Assistant Chief Constable Oliver Wright said on Friday: “Our misconduct in public office investigation is continuing. Misconduct in public office is a crime that can take different forms, making this a complex investigation.”

Andrew has fiercely denied any wrongdoing or accusations against him.

Since being forced to relocate to Marsh Farm on the Norfolk estate earlier this year, the fallen royal has become a virtual recluse.

He has only been seen in public a handful of times, usually while walking his dogs around the grounds or behind the wheel of his car.

And the former prince is never left entirely alone, with sources noting he is always accompanied by a member of his security detail wherever he goes.
